WARNING: Prices have more than doubled; patients not informed until after service! Cleanings went from $96 to $205 but I was not informed until I went to billing desk to pay. Snarky billing agent said, "Um... it's called inflation!" Inflation is 8%, not 100%! Regardless, patients should be informed in advance. Too bad, because I have really liked this practice, the dentists, and the cleaning staff.

Although there were a few administration gledges and alot of wait time, the end result was fabulous! Dr.Ben knows how to work those dental tools!

Surprisingly the best dentists in the valley! Dr Tom and Dr Ben are just the best, most caring, and skilled dentists I've met. Highly recommend them and their office.

Easily the most slack dental cleaning I've ever had. My girlfriend had a cleaning a few days after mine and said the same thing. Very short in length and they don't use dental hygienists. The chick who "cleaned my teeth at the beginning did not do a thorough inspection or scrape/clean each tooth. I was very disappointed.

I'm changing this from 2 stars to four as the dentists are really fantastic. Still make sure you actually have an appointment! Dentist was good. Make sure the staff aren't distracted while making your appointment. I have several text messages reminding me of my appointment. Show up on time. "There was a glitch in the system and you weren't actually booked."

We have spent hours on the phone with their front office, One lady has hung up on us twice. They cant seem to communicate from one office assistant to the next, Rude and not helpful. Disarray and chaos. The Doctor needs to revamp the front office.

I love this place the dentist are nice, kind, very gentle. Especially Leslie and Natalia when they put on my all of things things they we're very gentle. This place is amazing 5/5 would recommend

Had a 1 o'clock appointment. Was sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, then waited ANOTHER hour and a half. Over three hours sitting around for wisdom teeth removal. a lot of the women working there are really hot though

Covid practices are pretty poor, I didn't stay for my appointment. Dental chairs are in an open setting where visitors, staff and patients (obviously) either aren't wearing masks or have them half off their face. Concerning for a dental practice.

I cannot recommend this office enough. Dr. Ben has been incredibly kind, non judgemental and empathetic while I have been getting work done that needed to happen years ago! The entire staff is very friendly and professional, the office is clean and well kept. I genuinely appreciate the work they have done for me. Their office is busy, but they work efficiently and get you in and out within reasonable time.

This is much more a profit seeking entity than a healthcare provider. While, Dr. Tom seems to be very knowledgeable and does good work, the practice suffers from many deficiencies. Individuals working the front end are lazy, thoughtless, and untrained. A patient can not trust them to be attentive, bill properly, or honor appointment times. Furthermore, they are rude and unhelpful. This office struggles with organization and leadership lacks integrity. The culture of the office is to be oppositional to the customer. The practice manager/director does not understand their responsibilities to patients as a healthcare institution. The examples: -I was sat in the chair and told that I was about to have a completely different procedure than the one I needed. I stopped the assistant and had to tell the staff what I needed done. "It happens" -staff -Comfort Dental aggressively sold me their "Gold Plan" with the knowledge that I already had insurance and could not use the "Gold Plan" with my insurance. It was a deceitful maneuver; a bait and switch. When I asked them to refund the "Gold Plan" payment, they referred me to their corporate office to avoid responsibility and keep the ill gotten payment. -I was billed incorrectly and substantially different amounts for the same procedure. -Front end staff became rude and defensive when I asked questions. This is because they are inept and ignorant of important information for their job. - The practice director called me and demonstrated a complete lack of integrity. They claimed that I was rude to their staff when I challenged them as was needed. The actual reason they were upset was that Dr. Tom discounted my procedure because he recognized that the office had been negligent and irresponsible. The director was much, much more concerned that I didn't pay full price than with any treatment of any human anywhere. The director betrayed their true commitment to profit over any semblance of quality healthcare. My advice is to go somewhere that sees you as a living entity instead of a revenue source.

While having breakfast, I broke a molar in half. I was able to "walk-in" and get an appointment right away. The entire staff was efficient and we determined that I needed a temporary crown and in two weeks I'll return for a new crown. As they worked, they explained what they were doing and made me as comfortable as possible, including Dr. Shea who did the prep and drilling. An hour later, I walked out with my temporary that felt just like my natural tooth. The assistant, "Louie" did the temp fitting and even showed me the latest technology of how they computer fit the tooth as he fine tuned the fitting. These guys and gals are professional, affordable, and friendly. Thanks for everything.

Yeaaaaaaaa, I'm not so sure about this place. Basic cleaning and checkup was ok but dealing with the front office to get my refund after my insurance - insurance they initially told me they "couldn't find" - submitted them a payment, was like pulling teeth. . Seriously, this was a major headache that took way too much time and effort to figure out. And the lady who runs the front office was always "out to lunch". Called many times to talk to her...Early in the day, later in the day, twice a day outside of a time frame that was an appropriate time amount to have your lunch. Didn't matter she was out to lunch...she was out to lunch alright. And I wasn't going to write a review until I recently talked to someone who said they put a filling in the wrong tooth.

Have been going here for years. Dentists are good but lately I've had two appointments that have kept me waiting for over 30 minutes before being seen- even if I'm scheduled earlier in the day.

Very bad attention, I had my appointment at 8:00 a.m. and I arrived 10 minutes before I was waiting for the dentist to attend me and he came to attend me until 9:10 a.m. I see in a month, an hour and 10 minutes waiting for that.
