My husband went to them to get his teeth cleaned and some fillings done. All they did was x-ray and a exam. And gave him a referral to another dentist because he asked if they did implants. He has gone to comfort dental for several years prior to this. A couple of weeks after that he had a couple of teeth really hurting him and one was really loose and needed pulled out of so he scheduled another appointment, went back and was given another x-ray and again another referral. . Don't these dentist do anything but bill your insurance company for nothing!! Front teeth should not be complicated to remove!!

Chipped my front tooth on a paddle board ore and was worried I really harmed my tooth. Was able to get in within a week to see Dr Fillmore, she's amazing! I don't have dental insurance and it was affordable fast and you could tell she really cared! The staff is super friendly and the building is super clean! Will be going here from here on out! Thanks again!

I'm a little surprised by the 1 star reviews they seem to be coming from people who complain about things wherever they go. Like many others I have very much appreciated the comfort, speed, and skill in dentistry Comfort Dental has provided. Dr. Hashke has a great personality and is always ready to do the best work. Nobody likes spending hours upon hours at a dentist office and thanks to Comfort Dental I can get what I need done and get back to life. I've had six crowns and a few fillings done over two decades here and the reason I stayed with them is because it's the best dentistry work I've ever experienced and I've been to the more expensive and fancier ones. I feel like Dr. Hashke corrected a lot of problems those other dentists made and now my teeth are in great condition.

If you are like me an would ALMOST rather suffer through tooth pain than go to the dentist I have found the dentist for you! I almost fainted after getting the numbing shot not because it hurt but because I am a big baby when it comes to sitting in the dentist chair. They took care of me until I had my color back and felt better. When it was time to get to work I didn't feel a thing! While I have had questionable experiences with several other dental offices in my years these professionals are very kind and highly skilled in their field. I truly thank God for giving us these dentists!

I scheduled an appointment and told the receptionist I had dental work done somewhere else a few months ago, so all I wanted today was my permanent retainer (a metal wire glued to the back of my teeth) removed and a small hole in my tooth (not a cavity) filled in. I sat for 30 minutes in the waiting room and then went to sit with Mr. Haschke in a private room. He started talking about doing a cleaning and X-rays, and I reiterated what I wanted done today. He told me dentists never remove the wires, only an orthodontist can, but he still needed to do an X-ray (for some reason?). I said a dentist recently removed my friend's retainer, so I would like mine off too. I keep getting cavities and plaque around the retainer because my teeth shifted and I cannot floss between the teeth anymore. Once again he said I should do an X-ray and then he'd just remove the cavities and the plaque (obviously trying to get a repeat customer and more money). Again, I said I didn't want that because I don't want this repeating problem anymore, I just want the retainer taken off so I can better care for my teeth. He said, and I quote, "I'm the dentist and I've been doing this for 25 years, so just do what I say." Ew?? How gross and unprovoked. If you don't know how to do something/ just don't want to, you can say that without being a creep. I asked if he would still fill the hole in my tooth, and he said he needed an X-ray of the retainer. I said the two were not related, the hole is on a top tooth and the retainer is on the bottom. I said I'm not doing an X-ray while I'm here since I just had one done 4 months ago, and he asked what I wanted to do. I said I would just go since he wouldn't do either of the things I said I needed when I scheduled. It's super awesome that my husband had to take off of work to be with our kids so I could go here. A few days later I went to another dentist, not an orthodontist, and she happily removed my retainer (which took about 3 whole minutes) and filled the hole. She even recommends most adults getting the retainer removed since they are notorious for causing plaque and cavities. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that has competent workers and actually cares about assisting their patients.

I should have known not to bother with a company who didn't know what insurance they took and spent 2 weeks figuring out if they could even take my insurance. I finally get in and complete my first exam. Afterwards I get a few emails about billing and when I ask them to email me options going forward I do not hear back from them for 6+ weeks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as this was over the holidays but there was a low key rudeness in many emails and when they finally responded they let me know they do not check their email often and I was supposed to call...even though most communication had been done via email. Unprofessional, untimely, low key rude receptionist staff....don't waste your time or money on this company. By the time they responded I had found a new dentist and scheduled an appointment.

My third time going into comfort dental. (The pandemic talked in my last dentist moving away.) The crew is busy and efficient, and for a new customer i was surprised at how on top of insurance processing they were. Dr. Hashke is good natured, down to earth, and good at what he does. For someone who doesn't much care for visiting the dentist, they have done a good job. I definitely recommend.
