Best dental office that I've been to in a while! Front office treated me very well. Got to see both doctors, Reed Lederman and Greg Maggass for my appointments and both were very kind and took the time to explain all the work I needed. Would recommend to friends and family!

The front desk is terrible at answering during business hours. My cleaning was rushed and they never went over my xrays with me. I found out recently through a different dental clinic that I had some cavities. The staff at Comfort dental never told me! Won't go back and I don't recommend this dental office.

The entire staff are/is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chi helped me overcome my fear of dentists and really tries to get to know his patients. I couldn't be more grateful for a dentist if I tried!

Unfortunately I came across this Comfort Dental based on insurance acceptance and location nearest my house. They took x-rays and told me I needed two crowns, a bridge and four fillings. I take medication when I go do to terrible discomfort from most dentist offices so if the appointments are long we plan ahead. The bridge took two fittings even after 3D x-rays were taken and casting. They assured me this was something that didn't happen often. Even after I didn't feel it was placed correctly and eventually had it fixed at the other location. Each appointment was supposed to be about 20 minutes and ended up being over an hour, with numbing shots required each time. I couldn't take medication before because I wasn't warned so my heart rate was out of control and blood pressure high. My crown after that took 2 fittings before I was finally helped by another Comfort Dental (they were absolutely amazing, night and day to how I was treated in Fairwood.) They also did the work for free because I was only offered 20% off my final crown for spending 4,000 dollars on 4 months of excruciating mouth pain due to complete incompetence in Fairwood. While waiting for my permanent crown my temporary came off completely exposing my nerve and they said I had to wait 36 hours to be seen. I called around and was told by multiple dentists and the emergency dental office this was completely unacceptable and they needed to fix it immediately. Only after calling repeatedly that day did they finally get me in around 6 pm Monday evening. It came off on Sunday evening around 7pm and I called at 7:30 am Monday. The dentists at the Fairwood locations seemed to put the blame of this work and not being able to provide any refunds or pain medication due to being seen by their dentist that had taken a maternity leave 2 weeks after my first appointment. Both men lacked empathy or tact for a woman that was giving birth and didn't seem to mind blaming her "vacation" on the mess ups at their office due to work they performed. Once seen in the amazing Kent location I was also informed I did not need the second crown or the fourth and final filling. So not only did I pay full price for terrible work but they tried to have me pay 2000 more dollars for made up dental work. This location is an absolute scam. After being seen in the other location I was referred back to them for future dental work. I warily called to have them evaluate a tooth they hadn't seen, that I found out from Kent I needed a root canal on. They repeatedly for over two weeks assured me I would receive a call back once one of their dentists returned to the office. I waited and never got any phone calls back. I finally reached out to Kent again and as usual was met with kindness and patience. That's where I found out they had missed this tooth completely and was referred to a specialist for the root canal. The dentist there also fixed the ultimately misplaced bridge they had failed two times to place correctly and was messing up my bite. Today I came home to a letter in the mail from the Fairwood location, never have I gotten a phone call back and when I call now they forward me to voicemail or answer and hang up, this also happened several times during the two weeks I called. (I know because twice they have answered right after I called on my phone, my boyfriends call and they answered immediately.) I have never seen such lack of professionalism in my life. The letter stated they "could no longer meet my dental needs" and to follow up with a new dentist, not Comfort Dental because I still had "multiple teeth in need of treatment." I'm sure talking about the crown that wasn't necessary and the filling I also did not need. If there was a negative star rating it would be more accurate. -12 for this location and the receptionists, dental assistants and dentists who "work" there. Aside from the sweet lady on maternity leave. Please don't trust a word this location says about the work you need done. Save your money and a seriously painful few months.

Everyone in the Comfort Dental Fairwood office is top notch! They listen to your concerns and are very attentive to your needs. They explain everything thoroughly before, during and after. The quality of work performed is outstanding. This was my first visit. For me, the first thing to do when needing dental work is to find the right dentist. I now have that with Comfort Dental Fairwood.

I was terrified of the dentist, so naturally I scared the doctor, well I was told I would need to find another dentist, so here I am, no dentist, face still hurts, if you don't have money, THEY DON'T CARE

I set up an appointment for me and my family member over the ohone, just from the phone call and setting up appointments. The staff is amazing, explained everything amazingly for a new patient.

I have never been comfortable in a Dental chair, until I went to Comfort Dental. I even forgot to be scared and worked up. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there, all the staff I spoke with were very professional, and kind.

This is one of the most nicest dentist places I have been to. The staff and dentist was very friendly and professional. They were very informative and took care of my immediate needs and concerns. Comfort Dental, where there really is comfort in dental. Very nice staff, the doctor is gentle and so nice. I love my smile. I give 5 golden stars to Comfort Dental.

Great staff, they are working with me to ensure my crowns & old fillings are taken care of before I no longer have dental coverage (2 weeks hence). And I'm impressed with the work so far! Highly recommend

Dental office was really cleaned, staffs were friendly, and Dentist David Chi was very good. He exams teeth & teeth's x ray carefully and came up with a plan for up coming dentures. We were glad to find this "Comfort Dental at Fairwood".
