After meeting Dr. Kroner, I will never go anywhere else. She gave me a root canal and a crown. Literally, the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. This woman is smart, professional, kind and incredibly talented. She is ON IT! Dr. Hazen is equally incredible. I would trust these two women with my actual newborn child. Thank you, Dr. Talia Kroner, for treating my mouth as if it were your own. I feel completely safe in your chair. I have already recommended the office to two of my closest friends!

Dr hazen is so amazing I've never had a dentist treat me so well and be so gentle when they're doing work I get root canals there and I've never had a root canal anywhere else and I was scared from all the talk I heard about how bad they were but having them done at this dentist I don't see what all the hype was about I would recommend Dr hazen to anybody she really is an amazing dentist who truly cares

I had not gone to the dentist in about 4 years and was pretty nervous about going in as the last dentist i went to was very rude. They were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. I am getting a few cavities filled soon and will provide an update.

The most AMAZING dentist office I have ever been to! Everyone is super nice and upbeat. I felt like I was hanging out with good friends then going a dreadful dentist appointment. Dr. Fay is exceptionally outstanding and passionate about her work!

Asked for an Appointment as soon as possible, was told on Wednesday that Friday at 8:30 AM would be as soon as possible. Showed up at 8:30 on Friday only to be told the appointment was actually for the next week. Thanks for robbing me of two days in pain because YOU can't hire a receptionist who knows to clarify between one week and the next. I feel like 'As soon as possible' qualifies THE CURRENT WEEK unless stated otherwise.

I really appreciate the staff here at Comfort Dental - Englewood. I've been a patient for a few years and have always felt comfortable with my dentist Dr. Kroner. I've been able to express my concerns and to ask embarrassing/difficult questions without shame. Dr. Kroner has done an awesome job connecting with me and educating me on proper oral care... on top of doing an amazing job with cleanings, fillings, root canal, & extractions. Recently, I was treated by Dr. Hazen who is equally awesome, patient, skilled, and kind. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

Great location very friendly and help me with my tooth pain and the steps after to get me back to 100%. Even though I was a little nervous seemed like they had a support dog there to say it's ok your in good hands.

Dental assistant very rude , did not know how to insert plastic piece into mouth everyone randomly stopped in the middle of her procedure left her for 40 minutes while plastic was covering my mothers nose and mouth and when the dental assistant did come back after my mother getting her attention from a panic attack she said she wasn't going to come back for another 20 minutes left a hole in her back tooth and did not finish her procedure for a root canal now she has to wait another week with half finished root canal and visit a root canal specialist very unsatisfied and delt with in an unprofessional manner. I hope nobody leave this office like my mother did

My husband and I found this dentist in 2020 when Dr. Gohl was with the practice and were very satisfied with the quality of services received, especially since they were very positive in comparison to my own bad experiences with Comfort Dental growing up. When I came on as a patient later, Dr. Gohl had left the practice and my husband and I were assigned a new dentist. She overall was alright, but I was unemployed due to a layoff and had only scheduled an appointment due to bad wisdom tooth pain I could no longer put off. Despite me being unemployed, both my husband and I were pressured by this new dentist to acquire health insurance, something Dr. Gohl never did. Gohl simply asked whether or not my husband had insurance and left it at that, whereas this new dentist persisted and My husband and I both prepaid for our treatment plans. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable we were with this office (excluding the receptionists, they were always amazing) to never even finish our prepaid appointments. During one appointment, my husband received local anesthesia that was not properly administered and was still not effective after being re-administered. My treatment plan included two appointments for deep cleanings, one for each side of my mouth. In the first deep cleaning appointment, I received local anesthesia on the one side of my mouth, and then proceeded to have a cleaning performed on both sides by a hygienist. This was a very uncomfortable experience and although I ultimately could tolerate the pain, this was unlike any of the deep cleanings I have experienced before and it was by far the most painful. Due to this, I never attended the next deep cleaning appointment and my husband and I agreed with we would cut our losses and find a new dentist. I ultimately had to get a referral to a different dental office to perform the surgical removal of my wisdom teeth. The incredibly positive experience I had at this other office confirmed that I wasn't overreacting to the poor experiences we had at this Comfort Dental location. Although this review is based on old visits, please consider the shame that patients experience when they have bad dental/medical experiences and why I was hesitant to speak up, especially if we were still considering attending the final appointments included in the prepaid treatment plan. Unless the dentist we both had has changed, then I do not recommend this office or Comfort Dental in general. As a child I was literally berated during a cleaning at a Lakewood Comfort Dental location, and I still haven't decided whether or not I would prefer to deal with that level of unprofessionalism at that office, or the pattern of physical discomfort associated with office.

Do not go to this location!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here for a checkup because I had some sensitivity on a molar. Was told I have 6 cavities when I've had none in the past. I was shocked. I went back to read reviews of this place and more than one person has had the same issue with them. I went to get a second opinion elsewhere and was told my sensitivity was due to slight gum recession and I had no cavities. Unbelievable that they would try to drill into my teeth 6 times when I have no cavities!!! Total cash grab. You've been warned.

Very efficient staff and clean new office. The team can keep you waiting in the chair for a while between procedures while other patients are tended to in turn. But aside from that slight inconvenience the work has always been excellent and very professionally done. No complaints.

Went there few month ago just to get quote. First think lady from the front desk asked my Social Security Number? I asked why and she said that's how they identity customers. What can't she identify by DL? FISHY. Quote came came about $1,000 more that other dental place. Since I am cash customer I went other place. Overall weird experience ... But, I liked new building and equipments

If your insurance covers elsewhere, do not go here to get dental work done. Went in to get a toothache checked out, they put in a filling and messed it up so that I couldn't floss. Also they dropped the drill on my face. Went back to get the filling fixed and they overdid it--now there's a large gap in between the teeth causing a food trap. My toothache is also back so they didn't even fix the original problem. They also said I had 6 cavities, I got another exam at a better place and they said I only had 2 tiny other ones. Incredibly poor experience, I am upset about the damage my teeth received here and that I wasted my time and money.

Broadway and yale..It's an all female team totally professional with a true welcome when you walk in the doors I've neglected to see a dentist for several years it's hard to even go to the dentist as soon I met Dr Amy I was treated with respect made comfortable and not criticized about my situation I will continue to get the heIp I need from here .. thanks

The staff is very helpful and out of all the dentistry offices, I would say that they are the best. I hate going to the dentist, I mean who doesn't, but coming here, I actually enjoyed the visit.
