I walked in on a Saturday morning in pain from a broken tooth. They actually got me in with no appointment! Did the extraction and sent me on my way. I am not a good dental patient, it freaks me out. The dr was more concerned that my reactions would cause her to harm herself than she was about easing my anxiety. Other than that not a bad experience . I have had bad experiences at other locations but this was a surprisingly good dental encounter.

The front desk personnel were respectful and courteous. The dental hygienists who took X-rays, cleaned and placed filling were compassionate and caring. The dentist and the person who was shadowing/training were thorough with scraping away the coffee stains and preparing my front tooth for filling. They were knowledgeable, skillful and clearly communicated that I must be careful not to bite down on hard fruits and vegetables with my front teeth from now on. As stubborn and forgetful as I am (breaking off a previous filling by chewing on a pen for example), I was glad that the dentist was comfortable filling it once again and confident that insurance would authorize the procedure. So overall the Comfort Dental East Colfax Team took excellent care of me for which I am thankful!

The staff is amazing! Great receptionists and outstanding doctors both during the week and weekends. I never have any scheduling issues as well. Although their online scheduling system needs help, you schedule online and never hear back from anyone nor is your appointment ever confirmed.

At first I thought they were doing great. Quick to get in and my appointment was on time. Then literally 5 minutes and $208 later I was leaving because they were done 'cleaning' my teeth. They basically brushed them and then charged my insurance. They also took x-rays and said with confidence they checked my insurance and it wouldn't cost anything, but I got a bill in the mail for it when the insurance didn't cover it. Their response was that it happens all the time. If that's true why didn't you say something up front? No wonder they got me in and out so fast. They don't do anything but bill you for services they didn't provide or shouldn't have provided. Stay away.

I recently went for a cleaning and was recommended a whitening kit called Opalescence Go, the results have been amazing!! I am in love with the product! My husband and I were left impressed with the first two sessions!! Thank you, Dr. Natalie and Zulema for always giving the best patient care.

Was a little worried as this was my first dental exam in CO since moving here three years ago, and I only have Medicaid rn so I worry about that generally speaking. However, they got me in quick; found a little cavity and filling I needed through exam X-rays, and they took care of it for me quickly within the same appointment! The doctor was gentle and professional; she was also very knowledgeable so I felt like I was quite competent hands. I was overall very pleased with my experience and I'll be going back for sure!

I needed to get some work done quick and that's exactly what happened! The doctor was quite good and offered me alternatives to my next step and what I am going to need and have already planned. My problem was my plans didn't go exactly as planned and I needed some help and this guy did it. Also the front staff I must say. The only reason why I went to these guys was because someone else's front staff was extremely rude and didn't really want to understand their business enough to know that they could have scheduled me in and probably it tooken care of my problem very fast. Their loss these guys' gain. And I am telling you I have had my problems with comfort dental in the past but these guys here are a great experience at least in my experience LOL. I can only be thankful thank you.

I've been going here for the past 15 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I've worked with 5 different dentists from this establishment and they have always been kind and personable. One dentist even offered to contribute to my campaign when I was a candidate for city council!! They're also inexpensive when compared to their competitors!

This rave review is long overdue. I had a bad experience at another location and complained - about THIS location, by accident. (I called and apologized.) After all of that, this wonderful office agreed to see me anyway. Even after I came clean, lol, everyone was still very kind to me. My favorite part of my visit was being asked to sit down at a table with the dentist! We went over the plan, the costs, everything and it really made me feel less anxious about getting into the dentist chair. My tooth that was badly repaired at the other Colfax location was properly repaired, I got a great cleaning and again, met with nothing but genuine kindness. I'm grateful.

Dr Natalie is so amazing! I rarely used to go to the dentist because I don't trust many people with my teeth. She is so professional, kind, and patient. I will drive from anywhere to come see her and the ladies at this office. Thanks again!

My biggest fear....the dentist. I hate these visits. Today I was seen for an emergency visit. I was in a lot of pain. I was taken in after a 20 minute walk-in. The staff was friendly and really brought my anxiety level down. Dr. Wilkinson treated me really good and talked me thru the surgery procedure. I need some more visits for follow-up. I will be going back to see Dr. Wilkinson. Thanks, Comfort Dental!
