I AM SO HAPPY! I GOT MY SMILE&HAPPINESS BACK THANKS TO #HEDY & #DR.JIM!. From the START it was great! Dr.JIM made sure I was comfortable and I did (NOT) feel Any pain, Not even the shots. He was an AWSOME Dr. Who did GREAT! An boy did his Assistant #HEDY Mold my smile to be Beautiful Again! . Comfort Dental on 8th and Federal has changed ALOT an the people who work there now are wonderful. The Larimer office left me in severe pain after pulling my tooth. In the worst pain I've ever felt, they refused to give pain meds with even a laugh by them. Yes, they laughed at me over the phone! Laughed at my suffering. This had nothing, absolutely nothing to do with my insurance. Medicaid covers all meds. The issue was the nurses lack of empathy. I plan tell everyone at shelter that has Medicaid to not come here. I plan to hang signs all over town

Dr. Kim and staff are incredible. Every appointment is 100% on time ,quick ,and ... over. I've had a few procedures with Dr. Kim and they are dream like for dental care because I had no pain and it was over too fast. Thanks you Dr Kim and staff I hope to smile again after 15 years! I believe you'll get me there thank you.

I came to this office a few times with my kids. I have to say this is the worst denial office I've been to. I recently went for a 6th month recall and it'll was basically someone brushing my teeth... No floss no hygienist and when the doctor came in. He didn't do anything. AND Iam In THE DENTAL FIELD! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE

I've been a patient at mile high for quite some time now, Jim and all the ladies that work there are awesome, always have answers to my questions. They also work with me if I need to do a last minute reschedule, great team they have me long term!!

If I could give 0 stars that's what I would do. I told Dr. Parvitt I haven't been to the dentist in almost a year due to covid. They did a bunch of x-rays, he looked in my mouth and told me I had no cavities but I need to see a periodontist. Then proceeded to tell walk me out, when I ask if I was going to get my teeth cleaned, they said 'maybe they'll do it at the periodontist.' DO NOT go to this particular Dr. the very least a dentist does is clean your teeth and that was not even an option for me.

Mile High Comfort Dental is the best! Dr. Parfitt has an excellent chair side manner and truly cares for his patients. His staff is very caring and check-in is a breeze. Always on time and they have a way with making you feel comfortable and at ease with every visit!

I started this journey two years ago when I walked in Comfort Dental with the most horrible dead awful teeth !!! My son was taking us to Hawaii and I wanted my smile back they pulled all my top teeth and made me some temporary dentures that looked really beautiful and then two years went by and we went to Mexico and they finish my permanent dentures and in eight weeks we're going back to Mexico and they fix my bottom teeth today my son Ken Paid for all that the insurance did not cover and he loves to see my beautiful smile that I lost many years ago I'm very very grateful to Dr. James Parfitt and Rachel I am almost 70 years old and they made me feel happy to show my smile again they are a great wonderful team and I would recommend them to anyone extremely patient and kind thank you both Great great job Eva Castaneda!!!

I bought a one year insurance with them, I do not recommend it my son needed silver crowns and they messed it up I had to wait 3 weeks for them to fix my son's tooth , I have had appointments at a certain time and they rescheduled them and didn't want to attend me anymore. To me this is a horrible place to go to if I could I would give them zero stars.

After difficulty obtaining an initial appointment, I was very well taken care of at the 881 Federal Blvd. location. They listened to me and my needs instead of telling me what they were going to do. This was very refreshing in a new dentist. I look forward to my continued care here.
