So pleased with how quickly I was able to get my teeth cleaned and filled with a newborn. I recommend going early because they do get bust fairly quickly. Staff is incredibly informative probably the best dentistry I have ever been to

Thank you! Most often American society talk "around" children/elderly. Instead of speaking directly to the person they speak to the parent. Not here! I'm happy to share that the tech spoke directly to my children with such dignity and honored their self agency. What a great place!

Honestly this might be the best dental office I've been to. Amazing staff, Dr. Kenney is awesome with his patients and staff. Very clean and well lit office. Welcoming feeling upon coming in and going the the process of being seen was seamless. This location highly recommended!!

I had given up all hope of saving the teeth that remained. Years of neglect had left me in emergency dental chairs, one extraction after the next. At 65 years old I silently suffered the losses. A new friend recommended her dentist at the 1999 S. Havana St. location. I made an appointment expecting to leave yet again with another tooth gone. The team of Dr. Hatchett had other plans. I've had to procedures, saved two teeth and look forward to an outcome I had been unable to even imagine. Hope is a verb, as this remarkable crew have been both professional and caring. Comfort isn't the only thing you will receive at Comfort Dental. You just may have your hope and your spirit renewed. Thanks to ALL at this location. I am grateful.

Initially went in because I thought I had chipped a tooth, but the dental assistant said it was probably just some tartar/plaque that might have been there for a while and finally come out. He then said I had cavities that needed to be fixed. Every one of the 3 times I went to get cavities fixed, I couldn't chew food because of the pain days after. One time I went in to get a top cavity fixed, and the first thing they did was drill into my bottom teeth without even numbing my mouth. I am having to have a different dentist fix their mistakes that I foolishly spend over $300 on.

I had a root canal and it was a great experience. The Dr was professional and made me feel safe . And the assistant was professional and knew what they were doing front desk was so inviting and nice 10/10 definitely recommend

AVOID THIS OFFICE. They have no consideration for a person's time. I had an appointment at 3pm. I showed up early to fill out the forms and then waited til 330 til I was taken back. I then had x-rays which seemed to happen in a timely fashion. Then I waited for the Dr to show up which happened at 4. He was in for 5 mins and then told me a treatment plan. I was told to wait and someone would be with me shortly. Well I waited 45 mins and no one even came to tell me they're running behind.at this point I realized that they didn't care about my time. So I left... as I was walking out no one even cared to help rectify the situation. The place deserves 0 stars... DONT USE THIS OFFICE

Tried to go in for an emergency appointment and was turned away stating they were closed. It was 630 sign out front says they close at 730. When I questioned closing time no one had an answer

Every staff member in the office was coughing under their mask, including the doctor. Didn't feel safe at all and now I'm may be sick. Surely the staff is fully treated so then why are they all low coughing under their mask. Something is not right here.

I've had several Root Canals, Fillings, Crowns, and cleanings and they do very very well. I moved from my old Comfort Dental to this one and was skeptical because of the Reviews but Once I sat down with the Doctor, he assured me that there was nothing to worry about and he was 100% right. Most of the bad reviews are most likely trolls as My treatments were conducted very professionally and if I had any questions or anything the Doctor or his assistants would answer them so I could get a full understanding. So I would definitely reccomend this Dental Office because tbh it's the best one I've been to in a while. (Plus When I went in the first time I had a chipped tooth [the buck tooth] and they made it look like it was a full tooth I give them excellent props on that!) + Thanks to Dr. Jon Hanchett and his team of assistants (front desk or Dental) for their excellent work and friendliness!

Absolutely one of the best and only comfort dental that i trust. amazing gentle fast and does the job right every time. everybody in the office is absolutely sweet, kind. I would also like to give a big shout to Hasan, he is one of a kind person and excellent at what he does. This is the place to go to for all of your dental needs.

Dr. Hachette listens to his patient's. He gives you options and he respects your choices in what you would like done. I have been scared to go to the dentist for years. But he's honestly sensitive to his patient's comfort level and pain level. If you've been putting it off, go see THIS dentist. You won't be sorry.

January 13,2021 I went into this office to have a temporarily cemented lower left bridge removed and have it permanently cemented on! The Dr. removed it without using any anesthesia or numbing agent. I've never been in so much pain in my life. I've received poor service from this office before. Including a chipped tooth, receiving a swollen lip and the Dr. allowing assistants or hygienist drill on my teeth. But this was the worst of all. This Dr. should have his license suspended for his inhuman treatment.
