It had been 4 years since I had been to a dentist and I went to another practice in Denver in 2019 and felt shamed about my teeth. I didn't realize the shape they were in (they are white and felt fine), so I avoided a dentist until earlier this year due to embarrassment. I went to Dr. Jolstad in May of this year and the diagnosis was pretty much what I expected after not having care for about 6-7 years. Dr. Jolstad could have told me how irresponsible it was (as another dentist had), but instead told me my plan and said he was happy that I finally am getting the care I needed - didn't make me feel ashamed once. Fast forward 6 months, I have no cavities, teeth are white (due to trays) and I have only a couple of more visits until my teeth are 100%! Thank you for your bedside manner, I can't fully explain how thankful I am to be able to drink water without pain finally. 15/10.

Never would disclose how much Medicare would pay for my root canal - turned out to be $20 while hooking me in for over $900. Now they are billing me for an additional $55 w no explanation. For that I didn't even get a decent lasting root filling/plug. Just cotton that immediately came out. Now I'll have to also pay to have the tooth extracted. Will never return or recommend to anyone

I've waited a long time to find a good dentist. And then I found Dr. Robbins, he did an excellent job and explained everything along the way. I would recommend this Comfort Dental. I know they sometimes get a bad rap, but this has been the best experience thus far that I've had in a very very very very long time. He's the best!

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Dinsmore and Star for their superior care and professional nature during my cleanings and fillings. Dr. Dinsmore's humor and Star's caring nature are wonderful assets that made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend for any dental work, and Denver's best dentist. Thanks again!

I am absolutely amazed at the clean fast and efficient work of dr. Jolstad I cried most of the day scared to death for my extraction, one being a wisdom tooth that was cracked. The last time I had an extraction was at a dental hospital in California in a student clinic and it was awful. It look them 2 hours to just pull 2 wisdoms ... Dr. Jolstad pulled it in less than 2 minutes it's was so smooth. He's definitely a pro!! I am probably and will always go back to him for future work!

Dr. Moser and I have some business dealings and we've been working with each other for the past few months. From the time I've known him, I have seen how honest and open he is as a person. His cases also look beautiful. I have no doubt that he is a great clinician who has the patients' best interest and treats folks fairly.

If you need a root canal, I wouldn't go here. It has been two years, I took care of it, but the way they did the root canal chipped the root of my tooth and now I'm having it removed because it's unrecoverable. The person that put my tooth on did a terrible job and I had to have it corrected by another dentist. They also said they would do a 3D x-ray of my tooth, they never did. Overall a horrible experience and thanks to their incompetency I need to get an implant.

The staff made this visit very comfortable, and I'm terrified of the dentist! Now I just want to go back and get more work done. Very friendly, very gentle and they broke down the pathways I could choose from to get done what's priority. 10 out of 10 tyvm team, see ya again!

ZERO STARS. They performed a ton of work on my upper and bottom teeth in two separate appointments. About 2+ hours each. Afterwards, I was have pain and sensitivity on some of the teeth that had work done. Their recommendation was to do a root canal, so more work. After getting a second opinion and switching dentists, they are now trying to charge me for my medical records to be released to me. DO NOT GO HERE.

Bad work and they seemed to continuously try to milk my insurance. I had to come in multiple times and everytime it seemed like they fixed just enough, but then left just a little bit undone so I would have to come back. Eventually I just stoped going back because it seemed they were taking advantage of me.

SCAM ALERT: Save yourself hundreds in debt. They will do your consultation at the beginning of an hour appointment and then rush you into the chair. DO NOT LET THEM. THEY HAVE NOT CHECKED YOUR INSURANCE. You need to end the appointment (which is a waste of your time and theirs) and call your insurance for a real estimate. They gave me two crowns ffor $2k and months after the operation, they tried to charge me another $900. When I asked why the estimate was so wrong, they explained that it's not their duty to check with insurance. They take no responsibility for the advice they give you, per the paperwork they have you sign. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR ADVICE. I had to complain to the BBB to get them to back off.

This is the best Comfort Dental I've ever been to. Hadn't been to a dentist in a few years, knew I needed a deep cleaning. They did it on the spot! They made me feel comfortable, got straight to the point, did the work I needed and got me in and out fast with minimal pain and discomfort. I just want to sincerely thank them for their services. Best experience, highly recommend them. Doctor and assistant knew just what I needed, no shame or guilt, just did the job and did it quick and were super kind to me

This is the best comfort dental I've ever been to. They are caring and take the time to discuss long term oral health plans rather than just put out fires. The techs are talented and warm, as are the receptionists and doctors.

The first time I went to the cherry creek office I felt I got ok service but the second time a returned it was a awful experience I had to come back to get my cavities filled I asked if I could do my cleaning first and was told that my insurance would only cover the cavities at the time and they submitted for the deep cleaning. My cavities where filled by a foreign student that didn't have a valid licenses to be working on patient since the procedure I have had odd pain and when I left my mouth was in so much pain. I never went back for the deep cleaning though the office was able to get my insurance to cover it because of how much discomfort I had when getting my cavities filled it took days to feel my face and weeks for my face to not look droopy I suggest going anywhere else

Comfort dental (cherry creek) hires foreign tourists and international students to work illegally in its offices as assistants and hygienists in order to evade state taxes. People who can't clearly communicate the procedures and don't have a valid certificate from the United States attesting to their knowledge. In addition, these assistants offer and perform additional procedures and services such as buckle fat pad removal, extraction of wisdom teeth, double chin lipo, etc. behind closed doors, without licenses and permits, putting the lives and safety of patients at risk. I didn't feel comfortable and safe in this place with these people.

I was scheduled for a cleaning but when I arrived I was informed that I would have to return for the cleaning, and that the appointment I had scheduled was for some type of pre cleaning check up. The dentist took x rays; and reviewed them with me, but wouldn't tell me definitively whether or not he saw any cavities. I was then called and told that I did in fact have cavities, and needed to schedule my cleaning and pay to have them filled. Instead, I found a new dentist, who did my check up, X-rays and cleaning in one visit. He confirmed what I suspected, that I did not have cavities, and that the practices of this clinic are predatory.
