Dr. Rick A. Kushner is President, Founder, CEO and CFO of Comfort Dental, the largest and most successful dental franchise in the world. Wonderful experience. Dr. Lighthall saw my 22 month old today and was so friendly and sweet with him. Made him happy and at ease. He gave me good advice to stay proactive and they let him pick a prize out of the toy chest. He was so happy when we were all done. Best dentist experience for my children!!

I went to the office to fix a cavity or pull the tooth out. More than 6 months later I'm stuck with a cracked tooth and ill fitting dentures and partial. Did I really need all of this work done, or were they trying to get more insurance money? Not sure. I am sure, however that they told me they wouldn't treat me anymore. This was due to my repeated issues with the dentures and two issues with office personnel. The dentist came into a crowded office waiting room and talked about the issues in front of other patients. Although it may have been embarrassing, I'm hoping some of the people will stop coming here due to HIPAA privacy laws being broken. They also refused to treat my mom. She had an appointment today too. She had nothing to do with any of my dental treatment. Not only are they in need of some customer service training they also broke the law. Do not come here if you expect any kindness or professionalism. And yes, I will report this to the proper authorities.

Everyone is very kind, and knowledgeable and the costs are very affordable. When my girlfriends crown fell out a few months ago they were able to get her in later that afternoon. Love this place.

I've never had an issue with this location ever, until today. The dental assistant first off just didn't know how to give a cleaning. I've never had someone push on my teeth so hard and be so rough with my gums the way she was. I opted not to have my 3 year old daughter be cleaned by her because I want my little one to keep enjoying the dentist. After when going to schedule the 6 month cleaning the girl at the desk got frazzled because my kids have similar names and she was confusing herself and started getting extremely snappy. So needless to say we won't be going back there and they should make sure their "assistants" are properly trained. Take a deep breath and calm down. It's ok.
