Dr. Thad is great. He is informative and friendly, makes going to the dentist enjoyable and not a dreaded visit lol. Lex was his assistant and her bedside manner is off the charts. She made sure I was doing ok and guided me every step of the way on what was being done. She was so knowledgeable and worked in sync with Dr. Thad. Definitely deserves a promotion / raise.

I have been going to the Converse office for some time now and they are always so helpful. Alexis in the front is always willing to help me to get an appointment that works for me. And Dr. Thad is just the best!

I am so pleased with Comfort Dental, on Schaefer Rd. My dentist is Dr. Thad, and Lisa is his hygienist...both did a tremendous job for me. Both got me caught up with my dental needs and have assisted me with Xtra care I need from an oral surgeon. Lisa wS ever so gentle but thorough with cleaning and polishing. Thank you for making my visits easy.

Dr. Foulger was so helpful. I had my wisdom teeth removed elsewhere and develped dry socket. My dentist would not do anything to help me with the excruciating pain, but Dr. Fougler took me in and gave me some clove oil which relieved the pain immediatley. I was so grateful

I had horrible pain on one of my back molars, I called and Alexis was very helpful and got me in the same day. Dr Taylor was kind, professional and got me out of pain right away. I'll never go anywhere else!

I have always been scared of the dentist office, I still get anxiety even as an adult- Alexis at the front desk was super sweet and helpful and she eased my anxiety without even knowing. Dr. Thad was so knowledgeable and informative about my visit, he even made small conversation to help the appointment go smoothly. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Awesome Doctor Taylor at Comfort Dental, in Converse Texas was very considerate in explaining the process of my dental work. Very professional, patient, kind and a good singer including his assistant. I forgot her name cuz I'm old, but, her name starts with an A, maybe Angelina. I hope. If you need an emergency extraction and you've never been there, plan to wait a week or so to be seen. They won't do emergency extraction without scheduling a new patient visit per Victoria. Unfortunately, the pain can't wait a week so I'll have to make the drive to someone who will.

Worst customer service ever! I love the dentist at this office but the office staff is another thing. I showed up at 3;266 PM for a 3:30 appointment. The receptionist was on the phone , so I signed in at the front desk and waited. Sitting directly in front of the receptionist. After 45 minutes, I asked how much longer before I would be seen. Initially the receptionist said I should have received a call. This was an attempt to brush me off like she did to another client who did not confirm the appointment so she also was not seen. Then she attempted to tell me I was late but even the office manger looked at the sign in she and noted I had signed in on timeFinally she admitted that she had cancelled my appointment as a no show when I had been seated in front of her for 45 minutes. I left and plan on not going back. At other visits I excused rude behavior but today was too much.

If I could rate different aspects of this place I'd give the dentists and hygienists 5 stars. My 1 star rating is specifically for the receptionist Victoria who does everything in her power to not have to work. If you call to ask a simple question, don't expect an answer. 9 times out of 10 you will not get what you need. And a word to the wise, if she tells you she's going to send something to your email, you won't ever get it so don't bother waiting around for it. However, if you can tolerate attitude from a stranger and don't care to receive any help when an issue arises, then by all means go to Comfort Dental

This office & Dr Thad is the best Dental office I've visited. The care he puts into your visits, the affordability & quality of work is astounding. I have been under the care of Dr Thad for the last 10 yrs & we have recently moved my kiddos to his office. I would never trust anyone else with my dental care.

My fiancee was having really bad tooth pain... the lady at the front was nice enough to get us seen immediately....Dr. Taylor Fougler and his assistant were so nice. Dr. explained everything as to what would happen and what we would expect.. he was able to get his tooth out in no time with no pain or squirming around... very awesome doc and such a pleasure working with... great job managing his pain as well... Thanks so much !!
