I have been going here for some years now. It's been great. Flexible with insurance and the dentists are great. I have not been to another dentist office where I feel so comfortable. This office specifically is my favorite and I hope I never have to change.

The hygienist was great, patient and nice. The cleaning was done some by the dentist and wasn't too painful. The hygienist finished with the polishing, and took impressions for the whitening trays.

They were rude and un professional. Everytime yoy call you get a different answer from someone. My filling fell out because if their bad work and then they would not fix it. I have $65 on my profile and they won't give it back either. This place is a disgrace.

Beside the super nice staff, Kyra did an amazing job on my cleaning! I get nervous going to the dentist, like most do, but she was gentle and talked me through the process! Her bedside manner makes it easier to get back in the chair!

My hygienist (I can't believe I forgot her name) and Dr. Dial were awesome! They helped me address some issues and I always feel well taken care of. My only negative experience is the receptionist today (11/2 at 8:30 a.m.). She sounded irritated and didn't really have good energy. But I love this location, and even my billing specialist was kind so I will keep coming back. Dr. Dial is thr best dentist I've ever had, and I will never switch unless he retires. Thanks for always having bright energy and helping me with my dental hygiene with no judgment!

I really like this place a lot. They always get me in quickly and out quickly without ever making me feel rushed. They are very friendly and accommodating and explain things very throughly and answer all my questions and they make me feel like choosing them was appreciated. I'd recommend them to anyone I know.

I had a terrible pain in my tooth and got an emergency appointment. I was greeted by the kindest receptionist who took her time to answer my questions. Then she took me back to meet the dental hygienist and doctor. They were both so kind and comforting. I am so fearful of all things teeth and they did such a great job of comforting me. I had to have two root canals and I had always heard horror stories but I have to say it was the least pain I have ever felt during a procedure. They were so gentle and communicated with me the whole time. This morning they contacted me to check in on me and make sure I was doing good. I had a few questions and they answered my questions and again put my fears at ease. I am so thankful for this place and for Dr. Rhees and all of the amazing staff at Comfort Dental on Stetson Hills.

Dr Lovejoy and Lacey were friendly and fun. I get really anxious going to the dentist and Dr Lovejoy's jokes always help ease that anxiety and all of the techs/hygienists/etc are really good with comebacks to his jokes. It's always a good experience at this office.

I hope that someone listens to the call this morning at 730. I've been coming here for years and have never been treated so rude and spoken to disrespectfully or sarcastic as this person. Finding a new dentist office. If I could have given no stars I would have. Disappointed!!!
