I had not seen a dentist in almost 17 years. To me dentist appointments were scary and expensive. After getting dental insurance for the first time in my adult life and thinking that I was having really bad decay on my bottom teeth I made the appointment to see them. I was very surprised to learn that my teeth were in pretty good shape! My dentist was incredibly kind And funny. They are a busy location because they clearly have a lot of patience due to their excellent service. I had three appointments for deep cleaning and feelings that I needed and they were so courteous and I have a great schedule that fit my needs. I will definitely definitely definitely be coming back, there is no catch 22 with this dental office,

Against my better judgement I made an appointment with this Comfort Dental and I guess I am very sorry I did. The young immature receptionist had a very bad immature attitude. She spoke to me like I was imposing on her time probably playing games or texting her friends Whatever the case she was very rude and didn't even check me in and said I didn't have an appointment. Which I did. But whatever I'm pretty glad I didn't get in. I walked away and decided I'd go elsewhere. Comfort Dental hires only immature young people and they have attitudes of immature young people. I am not going back to this company at all.

I had service done by Dr Gilliam. I question the procedure, he informed me that everything was fine. Still didn't true what he said and went and had a second opinion. I found out that his Procedure was done incorrectly and just to get it fixed I have to pay another $800.00. Now he's retired and there nothing I can do about it

Extremely unhappy with how I was treated. I had an appointment to have some major work done all in one sitting which I didn't want. I went up to the office to have them make other appointments. The receptionist lied to me saying that the dentist was in with another patient even though I could see him going in and out of his office. Then she said that she would go check and never came back. I got the attention of someone else and she took my name and number and told me they would call me later that day. two days later and still no call. I have cancelled my procedures and they did not even care to ask why. I will never return to another comfort dental.

My wife went in at 4pm today 6/6/22. At 5pm Dr said prescription was sent to safeway. Over 2hours later, safeway STILL HAS NOT received the prescription. I guess they don't care about their patients. Way to go comfort dental.

I've been coming here for my son and every time we come we have the best service. Everyone is so nice and they take their time to do their best work. My son loves coming here and will for sure keep coming for future visits!

I had gone in the get my front tooth filled, they did the exam, x rays, recommendation like teeth cleaning etc. When I was scheduled at 5:30pm or 6pm, I was only in the chair for 30 minutes and they only cleaned my bottom teeth. I was disappointed as I wanted my front tooth fixed and filled. Made an appointment for a Saturday at 7am, and all.of a sudden they were checking my blood pressure, which they did not do the first time. They said because my blood pressure was to high they could not see me. They took my money, clean only my bottom teeth and never did the work I originally asked for. I asked for a manager, sent an email and got no response or resolution. Very inconsistent, unprofessional, do not go here.
