Terrible experience with them and the assistance are liars!, when my wallet slipped out my pants inside the office when getting checked they swore up and down they didn't see it and I've even given them my ID and med card and I get a response "aww are you sure you had your wallet" until I bring up " can you guys check the surveillance cameras" and I was told that only the head doctor can check which I have to wait for an extra day. So when I arrived all of the sudden lights turned off as soon as one of the female assistant went in the back and she told me "I'm sorry unfortunately we can't check the cameras due to electricity problems" to whoever read this do not go here to this wicked place. I pray in the name of Jesus that whoever took my wallet give their life to Jesus because one thing you don't do is steal from a child of God. Proverbs 6:16-19

Avoid this place. Started out ok but more and more I'm regretting my decision going there (referred). Waited months to get medical to approve a route canal for my front tooth. Was finally called in to do the procedure and was told that decided to go a different route that medical wouldn't cover and I'd have to come out of pocket $3100. They shaved down a tooth on the side that in order to get that fixed, would be another $1100. Well I left out from there sad and disappointed. My mouth is in worst condition than when I first went to them. I developed an abcess they didn't care to treat and now after a few months I've also lost the side tooth that made weak by shaving down. If I could turn back time, this place would've never put a finger in my mouth. No confusion on the location. It's on El Segundo and Birch across the street from Taco Bell.

Went to go get my wisdom extracted 2 weeks ago and they were very nice and comforting throughout my procedure. I felt safe under their care.

Great dental office with friendly and attentive Front staff, Dental Assistants, and Dentist Dr. Hamid Shahrokh was very patient with me. Got my x-rays, bad cracked tooth extracted and pain meds. So blessed to have been in skilled and caring hands this Friday morning. Peace and love to the whole Comfort Dental Family <3<3<3

The people that work there try their best to help you, I was in extreme pain and the lady that answered my call was patient and got me an appointment to deal with the pain within a day. Extremely understanding considering Covid and the limited booking schedule.

I went here today 1/11/2021; had the best dental experience in my life. I had not expected this kind of service because it was a referral and based on the last experience I received I didn't expect much. However I was so so surprised! The doctor not only explained the situation going-on with my mouth, he also suggested other things I should be aware of that I didn't know. With my medical condition (cancer related) I felt like this was the first Dr. that understood and could speak to me in terms that I understood....not Dr. talk. I truly wanted to make him my main dentist however he suggested I stay with the current dentist as he didn't want to undercut the other dentist (my words, not his) he said it discouraged. Me however am seriously considering it. He understands dealing with cancer patients, which is so important to me. The staff was absolutely fantastic!!! I enjoyed their sense of humor as well as professional demeanor. I would truly refer everyone to this office. Love them!!!

I had really good experience at this dental center, they by far have the most polite staff. I was very nervous about my wisdom teeth extractions, however they made me feel way better right before my procedure started. I did not feel as nervous and the procedure was very quick and they made sure that I was not in too much pain and constantly asking if everything was fine. DR. Hamid Shahrokh was really nice and explained my procedure to me really well. He also noticed that I had an avocado case and a pin on my crocs and started talking to me about his avocado trees and again that really helped calm down my nerves for my procedure and it made me feel extremely welcome. Thank you to all the staff and thank you Dr. Shahrokh for the avocados! They were really good I was able to enjoy them a while after my procedure when I was able to eat again.

THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!! I recently came in to remove my wisdom teeth, it was painless and they made sure I was super comfortable during the process. The staff are really friendly and make you feel at home. I would recommend coming to this spot, and definitely will be coming back myself! Thank you guys!

Met some of the sweetest staff here . The Doctor is very comforting and professional . My visits to this dentist has made my life better PERIOD !!!! Thank you Doctor and staff for being so kind . Highly recommend this Doctor . Just please be on time and be courteous to the staff. They are all honestly doing their best to keep us all safe during this pandemic . Bless you all . Dr. Hamid Shahrokh is the best dentist to remove your wisdom teeth. I came into Comfort Dental Center for a consultation, but someone had decided to cancel their procedure so it was my lucky day to get my wisdom teeth removed. He assured me that he would take care of me and it would go well. AND it did! He got three of them out with no problems and no complications. His assistant was very supportive too and answered all the billions of questions I had with kindness and patience. I am healing very well after the extraction and I'm very pleased with my experience. In terms of the facility, it is very clean and professional. I was very lucky to be referred to Comfort Dental Center. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Thank you again Dr. Hamid Shahrokh and Staff.

I had an excellent experience at this dental center. I came in for 4 wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Shahrokh and Dental Asst. Priscilla were very professional and made me feel very comfortable during the appointment. The extractions were painless and went by surprisingly very quick. I highly recommend this dental center!

I had a great experience getting my wisdom tooth removed. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and did not have any complications afterwards. The doctor is an expert and the staff really makes you feel comfortable. Their service is great!

I came to this office for a second opinion because I had a cavity and a different dental office told me I needed a root canal; however, Dr. Shahrokh was able to save my tooth and money without the need of a root canal. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I can express enough how great and wonderful the staff at this office is. Dr. Shah is beyond great, he removed one of my wisdom tooth out. My experience was wonderful, I didn't feel no pain during the process of him removing it. I did feel very anxious and nervous about the process but I am definitely glad it was very quick. I highly recommend this office to everyone!
