Dr. Rick A. Kushner is President, Founder, CEO and CFO of Comfort Dental, the largest and most successful dental franchise in the world. If you have any experience with Dentist ever, here the doctor and the management will drop your jaw. This office has reached it's matured level of their customer satisfaction.

Outstanding Customer Service, I highly recommend this location! Staff is very nice and took care of what I needed to get done quickly, all while being very patient with my endless questions about the whole procedure and other Dentistry related stuff. :) Very gentle and very friendly!

I've been going to this location for years since I was a kid. I've never had any complaints and the Drs and technicians are always so sweet and helpful. I also really appreciate the oral surgery side. Dr. Mac was amazing at taking out my wisdom teeth. However, the past 2 years the timing of getting in for a cleaning after I arrive at my appointment has been terrible. I'm always waiting a minimum of 20 minutes after I arrive. Aside from that, the front desk lady is rude. I got there 10 minutes late, knowing I was late. There was nobody at the front desk for almost 20 minutes and when I finally got help, she sat there arguing with me that I was 10 minutes late instead of checking me in. The only reason I got help was because I asked the oral surgery side if there's anyone on that side. I know that the service at this location is better than that, I just don't want anyone to get that treatment the way I did. I've never had a problem with anyone including the front desk until this appointment. Thanks for all that you do!

Dr. Marina is the best in every way. Her team is very strong too. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. She is very clear, transparent and willing to take extra steps to get things done well. Trust her 100%.

Fraud. Paid out of pocket. Then they charge your insurance and then won't REFUND the $$ that was paid out of pocket.

Dr Marina Loustalet helped me out and I must say what a delight it was! She did a thorough initial exam and worked with me and my insurance to prioritize the most necessary work to be done rapidly. She is a very capable dentist! I highly recommend her!

I Have been seeing Dr. Marina Loustalet for several years now. She is not good...not great but outright stellar... zero complaints and I am happy to recommend, all staff is gracious and customer friendly, 10/10.

I have been in chronic pain because of there greed and I later found out that they failed to prescribe me an essential mouth wash that help with the healing process. Horrible place. I would not recommend coming here.

Ill keep this short n sweet. I saw Tyler as my " technician" and "Gigi" as my Doctor. They were both very nice and seemed genuinely engaged in our conversation. Both knowledgeable and great at their job. My last Comfort Dental (different location *Buckley and Quincy*) was TERRIBLE. They herded my wife in n' out like cattle. This location tho, so far so good. Only had to get a cleaning but was worried I needed more. Would recommend and will post future updates if/when further procedures arise.

This place has really gone downhill, they couldn't code the insurance correctly, it took them over 3 hours to do a root canal, the dentist didn't even numb the correct side of my mouth and needed a reminder on what tooth she was working on. They have a front desk receptionist area for what I really do not know. I have now been here 3 times for one procedure and it takes them a minimum of 15 minutes to realize they are at a place of business.
