I am no longer a patient at this office, they cancelled my daughter's appointment twice never called just sent an email before the office was closing at the end of the day. I understand things happen but at least give your patients the courtesy of a phone call explaining what the reason is. The receptionist isn't very nice either don't recommend this office.

This place is terrible at least when it comes to scheduling. I called as a new patient and have had 3 appointments cancelled so havent brought my son in at all! Always some sort of "scheduling" conflict or that the hygienist "wont be in that day"-- extremely unprofessional place. Go elsewhere and save yourself some time. I'd give it a 0 stars if I could for the frustration and wasted time.

My appointment has been cancelled 4 times without any explanation. It is very irresponsible and l will never recommend them to anyone.

In the past two years being a patient here I have only got 1 dental cleaning that being a New patient. Every single appointment after that has been cancelled by the office. They never pick up the phone and when you leave a message you dont get a call back. Receptionist was rude when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the office manager. That explains it all. Never go to this dental office unless you want all you appointments cancelled!

Courteous, caring ,professional and my crown replacement was done pain free. Also all done in one visit ,definitely would see dr. Sandy Perez again!

They cancelled my appointment. Rescheduled and sent me a confirmation email. When I went to the office they said I wasn't on the schedule! Never sent records to new dental office either!!

Office managers is very unprofessional, was rude and apparently does not listen because she already knows what your going to say. I didn't even get to make an appointment.

This place has appalling service, and seemingly sub par dental work. I've had numerous appointments cancelled because of their inability to retain staff, have been threatened with erroneous billing, and have been demeaned by the staff they do have. I understand dentist's offices have been hit hard by covid, but at a minimum they need to pretend to be empathetic. If the result is instead that one can show up first thing in the morning, get disrespected by their receptionist, have a manager pulled out to explain how my appointment had been cancelled due to a "failure to confirm" despite my phone showing the log of my calling back. For another funny quirk, they cancel appointments if you don't confirm the day before, but bill for appointments if you need to cancel or change date within two days. Presumably they charge for those appointments they cancel as well. Their actual dental work? Multiple fillings that other of their dentists have described as poorly done, and multiple that have required repeat visits to fix. For an example, fillings left with sharp jagged edges between the teeth which would cause floss to break. On something around the 4th visit after the hygienist made an appointment for the dentist to correct. What about the 3 before who experienced the same issue? Mumms the word. Hopefully you don't have a dental emergency, I called with one and got a call back over a week later. All that said, they've had some good staff, but it appears to be an absolute revolving door.

Nice people there I have to say, but I need more than nice people when I spend lots of money to get my teeth fixed. The receptionist is really nice but she tells me different time for my appointment every single time! I mean, I put the appointment on my calendar but when the receptionist calls me before the appointment, she would say no, it is not 10am, it is 8am. This kind of thing happens EVERY TIME!!! In terms of the dentist, he is nice! But he does not really explain things. I would not recommend this place if you need a considerate dentist.

LISTEN TO ME I PROMISE YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY ABSOLUTELY ANY DENTAL WORK NEEDED COMFORT DENTAL CARE IS THE MOST AMAZING DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!!! I came here a few weeks ago so broken and my confidence was torn due to the poor dental work from a previous Dentist. Not ONLY DID HE HAVE TO FIX SO.EONE ELSES MESS BUT START AN ENTIRELY NEW SET OF TEETH. TODAY I CAME IN FOR MY FINAL "TRY ON" AND I CANNOT ABSOLUTELY CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING THEY DID. The Dr. EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS, Him and his staff are thee most caring and empathic when it comes to their patients they have gone above and beyond and I promise you will not be disappointed DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Co.fort Dental Care Brookline

I just started going there so far so good there are alot of different dentists that are doing different things for there patients. I have faith that they will be able to help me with my teeth. They also did a excellent job cleaning my teeth it's been a longtime since I have been to dentists.

Will never attempt to visit this dental office. the woman sighed and said "hang in there with me for a minute because the waiting list is very long"...what? so why did she answer my question (with a YES) of "are you accepting new patients?"...anyway, what a way to waste ones time, or maybe because the type of insurance they have threw her into a rejecting mode.. finding a more knowledgeable , less bias, and respectful dentist.

Called-very nice lady-about emergency root canal, booked a few days out but could survive. Got there they did every insurance billable procedure (X-rays, dentist check)before telling me that despite my pain and waiting they didn't actually do any procedure to help, no root canals or anything. Booked my appointment to make money and screw me, and have the gall to send me emails every month asking for more business. Nice seeming people doing the devils work to get PSID. Another guy while I was there was similarly politely abused, yeah, politely abused for money exact description.
