If you want an assistant to act like a hygienist and scale your teeth, and diagnose you with gum disease then go ahead and come to this office, otherwise find a normal dental office where the assistants do as their license allows them. So illegal. Also if you want to go to a dental office where the staff vape and drink while on the clock then you've come to the right place... yet another thing that's illegal... just saying.

Let me first say that I am petrified of going to the dentist. Doctor smith and everyone working for him have gone out of their way to make me comfortable at all times while at tooth docs. I hadn't gone to the dentist in over ten years and I had a lot of work that needed to be done. Caps, a root canal and my wisdom teeth removed. they allowed me to take xzanex for the procedure and I wouldn't have been able to do it otherwise. I felt no pain at any moment while being drilled on. I will not be going anywhere else to get my teeth worked on.

This place used to be amazing but the way they treated my 6 year old today was not ok, acting annoyed because he's crying instead of asking why he's crying. Won't be coming back with any of my kids again.

This is the first place to tell me they want to pull my snaggle tooth and finally after 10 years it finally got pulled. They are amazing the staff are super sweet too. I would definitely recommend this place if you need any teeth pulled. Definitely a 5 star for me.

Dr. Brady and his staff at the Camas location are amazing. I went in for a consultation to decide which treatment avenue to pursue. The dental assistant was fantastic at her job - I have an extremely narrow palate and mouth X-rays are not easy, she was a rockstar at it. The front desk staff was polite and appeared very efficient. Dr. Brady himself was very informative, direct, transparent about my options, and was able to give me an idea about the time, financial, and overall expectation of both options I had. I left the office feeling well informed and confident in my decision. The office is fun - music playing, great art work on the wall, super clean. I have a big phobia of dentists after a traumatic childhood experience and I felt super comfortable with Dr. Brady and his staff.

I would consider giving this place 1/4 of a star . PLEASE GOOGLE MAKE THIS AN OPTION!!! August 5 2022, I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning at noon at 8:05 AM I received a phone call asking me to arrive at 11:30 AM. I arrived at 11:30 AM and the work did not begin until 12:10 PM and I expressed my frustration to the assistant. I expressed my frustration to the dentist, who said all the right things. Neither appeared to have any empathy for me considering I came early and was seen late. I was then told that I needed a filling. I made the appointment for today at 7:30 AM being told I would be the first appointment if the day. I received a text confirming my 7:30 AM appointment and I did confirm that appointment. I arrive at 7:30 for the appointment and was told they cannot see me they tried calling me a couple times. I said then call me again and walked out the door. Now remember they had called me to ask me to arrive a half hour early August 5. This shows that they have my information to contact me as a patient. I do not know why I did not receive a voicemail. I did not receive a text. I only received their inconsiderate behavior a second time. Most people would say third time is a charm. I wouldn't consider myself most people. They are marketing themselves as having the same staff and dentist just with a new name. I can tell you as a former patient this is not the first time I have had trouble with this dental office. Not a thing has CHANGED, still as inconsiderate as before .... Maybe worse now.

By far worst the scheduling experience I have ever had. I called about a week and a half ago and left a voicemail attempting to schedule a cleaning after receiving a text message saying that I was due. I waited about a week without hearing back and then attempted to call once again. after leaving a second voicemail, I decided to call their location on Chkalov. Their receptionist expressed to me that I was not the first one to call their location due to this issue and they apologized on their behalf profusely. They attempted to call the Camas location for me and told me that they should be calling me shortly. After waiting an additional 6 hours, without a phone call, I attempted to call the Camas location 1 more time without prevail. The Chkalov location called on my behalf once more, and told me that the Camas location claimed to be too busy to call me back, and apologized for their unprofessional behavior. Once off the phone, the Camas location FINALLY returned my voicemails. When I explained my frustration, they never apologized and sounded annoyed that I had contacted their other location. I scheduled my cleaning and confirmed my insurance would cover the appointment. The day of my appointment, after driving 30min, I was informed my insurance would not cover my appointment.

I drive from SE Portland to come here and it is worth the 20-30 minute drive! Much more affordable than many of the dentists in Portland, especially as I was hunting for a dental implant. I'm so glad I was referred here by a student at OHSU when I was trying to find affordable options. Dr. Brady Smith is always a delight to see, has a great sense of humor, and radiates positivity, even when all of his seats are full. Everyone i've interacted with over the last 6 months or so during my implant process have been kind and knowledgable. Finding a dentist you trust can be hard so I can't recommend the team here enough!

This place is a joke I wouldn't trust them to work on a dummie let alone my or anyone's teeth , I can't see how these other reviews are legit biased on what I've seen , take your teeth and business elsewhere or you will be extremely disappointed !!!

My experience was completely devastating. I'm not one to complain I actually didn't even want to write a review but I just went into the office because every phone call of mine was ignored just to be shunned by the receptionist. This was the most unprofessional embarrassing situation that I have been in probably in my whole life. Went in for a chipped tooth they suggested route canal and a crown . Okay, Thur this procedure the notorious didn't work I was completely coherent even texting and taking pictures during, the temporary crown look better then the permanent witch when they were pulling the temporary crown they broke my tooth so when they installed the permanent it was as crooked as could be. they didn't clean the tooth after it broke and just glued on the permanent. Also may I add this is one of my front teeth. they told me to ride it out and they guaranteed my money back , now 2 weeks later it has fallen off and they're refusing contact. At this point I just want my money for the crown back. I don't trust them to work on myself and you shouldn't either !!!

The doctor was rude and would barelylet me get two words out about my symptomns and all in all seem ed really arogant and rude not to mention he was the only doctor there. He barely looked for 10secs before deciding he symptom and gave me the expensive way. He in no way was welcoming

I love Dr. smith and the staff a TON but lately for a week I've been trying to make an apt and no one is answering the phones and when you leave a message to schedule an apt no one calls you back. I miss Erica Lenz!

They were gracious enough to see me even though I initially went to the wrong location and was late by around 15 minutes, very kind considering all the pain I was in. Being turned away would have been awful. Now the reason its only 1 star from me... I had a temporary filling put in by a different dentist, not affiliated with comfort dental, I don't know why, but they chose the strangest dark color. That tooth still needs work, but I went in for a different tooth, one which needed* to be extracted. The dentist loudly remarked "what are you here for? You want to have your tooth pulled or do you want to do something with that other one? You know you have a black tooth in your mouth?" For one, its my face so, yes. IM FAMILIAR. Now, I imagine a dentist would understand that the reason is in the paperwork for my referral. More importantly, that he would have some decency regarding the way he behaves with his patients. He quickly followed up with "sorry its the end of the day". I'd like to add that I heard "sorry, its the end of the day" 3 times. I THINK maybe its time to close early if you're going to continually be so rude that you have to apologize over and over. He even snapped at his assistant, that was uncalled for and awkward. And lastly, during the extraction, a piece of my tooth had broken and went down my throat and obviously I choked and HE LAUGHED, I don't know this man, its bad enough I'm having a tooth pulled and his hands are in my mouth, such a vulnerable position. But having it all worsened by his un professional behavior was... well it was just not great. I'd just like to feel good about who is seeing to my health, especially dentists. I need some help getting back on track and these guys really let me down. If you're going here, I highly suggest getting an early appointment, not anything after 2pm probably lol Pros: flexible scheduling Cons: unprofessional Poor customer service

I have had all my teeth pulled except 4. I have had the worst experience going to other dentist to have my teeth pulled. At one dental office I spent nearly 2 hours getting one tooth pulled that resorted in them cutting my gums and putting six stitches in my mouth. I spent years afraid to go back to a dentist to get my last 4 teeth pulled. My anxiety level made it impossible for me to even think about getting rest of my teeth pulled. I was told about Comfort Dental and to give them a chance. Doctor Smith assured me that he would be able to pull my teeth without any problems so I went ahead and made an appointment. Doctor Smith pulled all 4 of my teeth and what an incredible job he did. I was so happy that I even shed a few tears. I highly recommend Doctor Smith. Just a great experience. I can't thank him enough.

This place is amazing, everyone is so friendly and so nice, they do everything they can to help and make things better for their patients. My girlfriend went in for some filling and we have no complaints, amazing positive vibes all around.
