Dr. Anderson has bad reviews on here to the point I almost stayed in pain over going to him. He did great for me. It was an easy process. He did my root canal and made sure I was comfortable. He's just a no nonsense doctor that gets things done.

Went to see Dr. Adams to have a tooth capped with gold crown. Individual at front desk checked my insurance and told me cost. I questioned cost for just months earlier I had a gold crown and the difference in cost was large. Went back to have perm crown but on, only to find out the crown that arrive was not gold. Dental assistant confirmed it was not a gold crown and that I wanted gold. Dental assistant told me she spoke with female individual at front desk and they will financial reimburse me for the error of I wanted thr crown that was ordered. Dental assistant also repeated this in front of Dr. Adam's for his knowledge. The finished my crown and Dr. Adam's walked me to the front to check out. Individual at front desk told me all was good and dismissed me. I asked her about my refund. She told me I wouldn't get one for I got what I paid for. I asked more questions in confusion. I asked to see the invoice of what was order and billed to my insurance. She continued to display attitude towards me. I asked her why is it that she gives me attitude and her reply was, because I ask too many questions. Mentioned to her, I should be able to ask as many as I need since I am paying it and apparently I didn't ask enough for they ordered the wrong crown. She corninue to show me attitude, was dismissive and did not care about the error, acting as if it was nothing, nothing being I got the wrong type of crown material. This all happened in their office which is open and all individuals in building could hear, so additional back office staff and doctors, to include patients could hear this conflict. And no other employee came forward to assist in the conflict. I told her I wnated to talk to Dr. Adam's and that I will be calling Comfort Dental and my insurance. And left. 1 hour later I called back to hear Dr. Adam's left without calling me. I left a message asking for another message to get to Dr. Adam'sasking him to return my call. 5 days later, still no follow from the office on the error of charging for one thing know to patient and ordering soemthing different without clarifying details between what and who ordered the materials, how the rror occurred and the error in communication of cost. When contacting my insurance, what was billed incorrectly. I have requested a formal investigation on how business is being billed verses how patients are being charged. BEWARE! I believe this is why the female in front office didn't want me asking her questions about services rendered. Concerned as well as to why Dr. Adam's would not return my call.

Was needing some work done. Friendly and was taken care of. The procedure was painless. I recommend them. Don't be put off that it is in a reporposed taco John's lol.

I got 2 cavities filled here 2 years ago, when I left I had huge gaps between both teeth that were filled. I thought it was just because of where the fillings were and there was nothing to be done about it. Now I'm seeing a MUCH better dentist and my tooth that your office botched has been fixed and no more gaps. Not to mention when the cavity was being removed it was not completely removed so it kept decaying under the filling so I ended up having to get a root canal too. I would NEVER recommend someone to come to this office.

Dr. Craven, thank you so much. You are Amazing. I saw Dr. Anderson at first and felt completely humiliated. The contrast in his bedside manner vs yours is night and day. I so much appreciate you for making the long awaited process of fixing my teeth a not so terrifying experience. You are very good at what you do and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Bad the asstestnet drop stuff I'm my mouth hit my face with tools more then once and one of the most painful bad tooth pull job. I will drive to Thornton next time way better staff and dentist s

Came here for a wisdom tooth that was broken and in pain and i had the best experience here than anywhere else did not feel a thing thru the whole process and staff is very helpful the guy doctor is the best he has a good hand and know what his doing with out hurting you al be coming here for my rest fixupers I need I recommend coming here

Dr. Adam's is the best! I went to two other dentists which were horrible before going to Comfort Dental. I get new teeth for my birthday and this place made it finally happen! No more hiding my smile. Thank you so much!

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews because I had a great experience here at Comfort Dental Brighton. The doctors are all friendly and knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. My fillings went smoothly and I would recommend this office to my friends.

I had an abscessed tooth and was unable to get in to my regular dentist or to get an antibiotic prescription. I called this office and got in the same day. Each person I encountered was friendly and welcoming. No wait. Dr. Craven was professional, pulled my tooth quickly and then outlined the remaining issues needed. I am going back to take care of those issues instead of returning to my regular dentist. Thank you all!

After reading reviews of this place I was skeptical but I went in anyway because of my major tooth pain and Doctor Adams saw me within the first 10 minutes I was there he addressed the problem and took care of it that day with antibiotics and painkillers and I went back this following week and he removed my tooth and under 30 minutes and filled three more and he has been the best dentist I have had by far I definitely recommend Dr Adams if you go here.

I recently had a check up and cleaning done at this Comfort Dental in Brighton and I had a great experience. The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating to my schedule. The assistant and Dentist were very thorough and cleaned my teeth very well. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists and have never had a good experience. I'm beginning to feel differently because of Dr. Craven and the staff at the Brighton office. They did a great job at making me feel more at ease. I'll definitely be back to see Dr. Craven for my future dental needs.I definitely recommend Dr. Craven to anyone who feels similar about dental work as I do.

Late on a Thursday night, I had a tooth fracture. Comfort Dental was able to squeeze me in on Friday afternoon even as a new patient. Obviously, as a chain dental office, I was not expecting and did not receive the warm greetings or personal approach that I am used to coming from a small southern town in Virginia. However, the dentist, Dr. Craven, I believe, was outrageously thorough when explaining why my tooth had cracked, how this was impacting my jaw and inexpensive options to try on my own before ordering a custom mouth guard from him, which he saw as a last ditch effort because the cost was prohibitive. He was very understanding and kind when I told him some of my concerns about my other teeth and he was able to fill the cracked tooth, a second chipped tooth, and a cavity all in the one visit. I never felt like I was a second class citizen though my insurance is Colorado Medicaid and I have experienced this at other places. The reviews for this office are terrifying but do not reflect my personal experience here. I doubt people with mediocre or even great cleanings or visits at a dentist are really all that motivated to go back and write a review so I blame that for the low ratings.
