Dr. Rick A. Kushner is President, Founder, CEO and CFO of Comfort Dental, the largest and most successful dental franchise in the world. I've taken all three of my kids, only two currently have braces. They staff is friendly, provide great service and easy to work with on scheduling.

Today is the day that my son gets his braces off its been a long time coming but we are so pleased that the day has finally arrived. Dr. Chen and her staff are amazing and we will miss them so much. Thank you Dr. Chen.

Doctor Chien is amazing. I was in need of a scan because the company I was using for Invisalign is out of state and I am unable to travel and she was willing to do the scan for free with no charge. I was so excited, she treated me just like any other paying customer and with so much kindness. I really recommend going here. If I wasn't already committed to the company in Arizona I would definitely transfer over. The scans were approved by Invisalign and now I can get my next set of aligners thanks to her.

By FAR! The best prices and STAFF! I am so happy I picked this branch to serve my braces needs. I walked in extremely nervous with a uncomfortable smile due to crooked teeth for a consultation and walked out 18 months later feeling extremely confident and glad I decided to go through with getting them. The results speak for themselves. If you are considering braces Comfort Dental Braces, Thousand Oaks is the place. Dr. Chien is AMAZING and such friendly staff. Roxy and Favi up front are so sweet! I will miss my times here for sure. Thanks to everyone for this great life changing experience. Do Not go anywhere else! I even moved 40 min away and made the drive to finish out my time in braces with them. Hands down the best!

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD LET ME TELL YOU ! I HOPE U GET TO READ THIS BEFORE U GO AND TAKE UR CHILD TO GET BRACES ! I TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO GET BRACES RIGHT BEFORE PANDEMIC GOT VERY SERIOUS SIGNED UP FOR PAYMENT PLAN ON HER BRACES ! I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WOULD BE OK ON MY END WELL THINGS STARTED HAPPENING PLACES STARTED CLOSING JOBS PEOPLE DYING PEOPLE TOO SICK EVERYONE CONTAGIOUS WELL U WOULD THINK A PLACE OF BUISNESS WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT U COULDNT MAKE UR PAYMENTS ON BRACES BECAUSE UR JOB SHUT DOWN NO WORK. I love love love this place I transferred here from Colorado and I wish I would have just waited to get my braces here from start to finish. Where do I start? First of all, all of the staff at this location has always been very welcoming. I never went into the office and was meet with an attitude or frown. Dr. Chien is a great orthodontist and the dental assistants are too. They care about the clients. The building is always clean and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. I would give 10 stars if I could.!

I have three children. My oldest went to another orthodontist and my other two went to see Dr. Chien. Hands down I LOVE this place. Dr. Chien and all the staff are GREAT! They are welcoming, friendly, and take the extra steps to make sure my children were comfortable and okay. Not only did their teeth come out great, but the price and the time it took from the beginning of treatment to the end of treatment was great as well. I really recommend going to see everyone at Comfort Dental Braces.
