In August 2019. My friend recommended go to "Comfort Dental to get my teeth done, so I made a appointment to go. I want there nice place, very clean, nice staff. The reason I want there because I had bad teeth. Dr look at my teeth and ex ray it. They said all my bad teeth have get pulled out. So from December 2019 - October 2021 All of my upper teeth got pulled out & most of my bottom teeth got pulled out, I feel happy all my bad teeth is gone. In December 2021 I want for molding on the upper teeth for dentures. In January 2022 I want for a try on for the dentures two - three weeks later I got dentures. In May 2022 I want in for a root canal and crown on my bottom teeth. In July 2022 On my birthday I want in for mold on bottom teeth for the partial. In August 2022 I want for a try on the need more work to got fixed. On September 13 2022. I got all the new teeth on, I feel so happy, I feel good, I posted before and after pictures on Facebook I had a lot support everyone loves my new slime. I want to work with them on my bosses, co-workers, people I work with loves my new slime. I look like a whole new person.. I love say the thank you to the Dr's, the staff at Comfort Dental In Lakewood. For the beautiful work on my teeth. I have to give this place a 10 out 10 on my review. Thank you for all the hard work.

My first 2 appointments were amazing but they were also with a guy dentist. I'm pretty picky about dentist. Then it went down hill from there. They switched me to a different dentist and say I Needed a root canal. Dentist kept telling me to schedule the appointment so I scheduled the appt. Took time off work. Just for them to call 5 mins before the appointment and say the dentist isn't comfortable doing molar root canals and I need to call the dental school (on chester so way out the way from where im at) and wait a couple months for an appointment. I'm sorry but as soon as a dentist doesn't feel comfortable fixing teeth they should automatically go back to school and get more training. The same dentist botched my tooth removal and it took over 2 hours to pull 1 tooth out that honestly probably just needed fixed and not pulled out seeing as it was literally not wanting to come out of my mouth.( tooth Cracked). Dentist was extremely polite but honestly sheshould be a dental assistant until she receives better training. I would not trust my kids with her at all.

Absolutely love Comfort Dental. I'm the type of person to put off going to the dentist & haven't really stayed at one dental office until I found Comfort Dental. The entire staff from the dentists to the receptionists are amazing. They are so kind & knowledgeable & really take time to hear you & explain what all needs to be done. I highly recommend Comfort Dental, especially to ppl like me that are nervous about dental work. I always get the nitrous & it's only a $50 charge to get.

Best dentist office I've ever been too from lobby to chair , I called for emergency tooth pain made me an apt for an hour after I called had to cancel it made me another one for the next day first thing in morning had to cancel that too still helped me get in.. seen me explained everything to me & had me with a surgeon the next day and didn't have any appointments available with my schedule and they worked so hard to get me seen the very next day! Thankyou Monet & Michelle

I wish I could give the Comfort Dental team 6 stars!! THE best dental professional group I've ever been to. The team wants to help you feel comforted, and get you scheduled as soon as possible. Recently, I got my wisdom teeth taken out by Matt Shaugnessy and it was a very simple procedure. I was stressing about authorization and the team took all the worry off my shoulders providing me with a seamless process. I felt so lucky!! The staff is caring, friendly, and mostly all women which I love! Also loved how diverse the office was, it felt like a very special team. I felt safe and comforted as a woman, and I felt inspired by the other workers. I'll definitely be back soon! Thanks for all your help :)

Refused to do my cleaning while I was pregnant even though I had a note from my obgyn and when I rescheduled after my pregnancy they still refused to do my cleaning after driving all the way there both times horrible service

When I started going here it was another dentist. He was great and the staff was great since he left service has gone out the door! My fillings still hurt, the staff refuses to contact the insurance to find out why they deemed a procedure not medically necessary. The assistance response was well we sent them what we had., come to find out they sent old xrays. The one receptionist there has an attitude with everyone and the dentist seems like he is new. I'm looking for a new dentist. The original dentist was great and this is such a shame.

Went 2 weeks ago because my back teeth were chipped from being pregnant and eating ice, they got me an appointment the same day! Went in and was fast. The dentist was great, I let them know my fear and they made me as comfortable as possible, unfortunately one tooth had to be removed but it was quick and painless, I highly recommend. These reviews made me terrified but my experience was great!

the whole setup is very unusual there's no partitions or any type of privacy between chairs, there are some people wearing scrubs some are not. I went in for a braces removal was charged $500 and they wouldn't even attempt to contact insurance and for that $500 i waited an hour and a half in a chair for a man to come over and pull the brackets off with pliers, while he was doing this he damaged multiple teeth even removing one down to the roots and all he had to say was "you need to see a dentist tomorrow good luck" and walked away not even saying whether or not the process was done even though i could still feel glue left on my teeth, and then the receptionist tried not to give me a receipt for my $500 payment and when i asked for one was told they couldn't print one at that time, i had to ask them to email me a copy and she had an attitude about that, and she had to facetime someone else while figuring out how to charge me and they basically just input it under a misc. charge which was also extremely weird

Honestly I was really disappointed with how I was treated here last month. The office staff were very rude and unprofessional. I don't usually do reviews but I felt like I had to because of my experience. I purchased expensive teeth whitening trays and treatments here this past summer. They were given to me in a plastic bag with no instructions. When I went to start my first treatment I noticed the treatments were expired. I went to have them exchanged and asked the dentist for instructions. She told me to use them only when needed. When I saw again that the treatments given to me were near expiration I went back in again to have them replaced (I'm not spending nearly $300 to have the product expire on me before I can use it). The office receptionist (lady) was incredibly rude (muttering under her breath) and completely ignored me when I asked a question. When I saw the whitening treatment replacements she gave me, they were taken out of the packaging and thrown in the bag I came in with. So now there is no expiration date visible. I have no idea if these are already expired. I have canceled all future appointments, will change my dentist, and will never go here again.

First of coming from someone who is afraid of the dentist cause had bad ones but anyways, They make u feel comfortable even when my mouth is ugly they help me thru the i just love the Doctor's and The team they have there, They are very pleasant and down to earth I didn't feel a thing and i love the vibe music and the way they all respond to each other......Great Place and Space

They have canceled three appointments in a row. Save yourself time and find yourself a new dentist! Not worth the hassle.... also for some reason when they called it was not going thru and for updates they were meant to email me instead and of course they couldn't even do that right either. Worst experience ever!!

I have some serious concerns about Comfort Dental. I recently had 3 cavities filled. I had significant pain in my teeth when I would chew food for roughly 3 months after receiving the fillings. I finally went back to have the fillings reshaped. The pain continued, so I went back a 3rd time. The first response from the assistant was that I'd need a root canal. I insisted that the pain was a result of the cavity work. The dentist then filed the filling down which did help relieve the pain. However, the fillings are now jagged and sharp on the edges and there is still pain when chewing harder foods like carrots. I'm very frustrated over my experience. I don't believe a standard procedure such as a filling should be such a struggle for a dental team to figure out. It has shaken my confidence in the abilities of Comfort Dental. I am going to go to another dentist next week to see if Comfort Dental's work can be corrected. I am also hopeful that mistakes weren't made that at least to greater problems. Though the staff is kind and the pricing is affordable (without insurance), I would be hesitant to trust Comfort Dental with your dental care.

I never got the chance to give an honest review of how this place did, but that doesn't mean they do well. First step is to get the patient into their appointment, but my first appointment on a Saturday was cancelled, so I thought that's okay things happen. Then I went in for my appointment on a different Saturday that I had rescheduled and the doors were locked. I never had a call saying my appointment was cancelled, just a call earlier in the week asking if I would like to take one of the cancellations they had. The people who answer the phone seem nice, but this was a waste of my time and I'm just trying to get a 6 month cleaning.

Love this location! The staff is amazing always and they know exactly what they're doing!
