Staff was very friendly and professional. My last root canal was a nightmare at my previous dentist but going to comfort dental for this one they did an amazing job and let me know what they were doing and why the whole way. Everyone treated me well and this root canal was more difficult than the last and cost me a few hundred dollars less than my last dentist

Dr Coleman Eich and his assistants were incredibly thorough & knowledgeable. There was no waiting time. The office is very clean. I overall felt very comfortable with the entire experience, I highly recommend Dr Eich and his team!

Comfort dentals get a bad rep across the country from what I've seen. But I can say from experience that this particular office doesn't fit the mold of most comfort dental offices I've read about. The dentist was able to accomplish what I needed done and was told by other dentists as well as other comfort dental offices it would cost more and take several visits. This office did it at no additional cost and in 2 visits. I'm very happy with what they did for me and will never go anywhere else. I posted a before and after photo. And I can actually smile now thanks to this office. And I literally was told by others this was going to be so much more of a process. Thank you comfort dental north boulder.

I have had the unfortunate experience of being berated and demeaned by Dr. McEvoy. Hurtful words were used and his voice was raised . We all have long days at work but taking it out on medical patients is unprofessional. Creating psychological safety is a prerequisite for practicing medicine. I was able to get the procedure done elsewhere and had a professional and compassionate experience. The cost was higher but there is no price on competence and one's dignity. The staff on the other hand was friendly and professional!

I haven't written a review in years. I feel the entire staff at Comfort Dental on Broadway in Boulder are special people and deserve a thumbs up. They are all good people. They take the time to make sure one is comfortable and relaxed. They are gentle and are careful to make sure you don't feel pain. They are good at what they do and are the best dentists I have ever been to. I will go back and if you try them out you will return as well. I think they would be good with children as well.

I had an excellent experience at Comfort Dental in north Boulder. I had a filling on the tooth next to my front right side tooth. They took an X-ray and said that while my other dentist recommended a root canal, the dentist and comfort dental said he thinks a filling is all that is needed. So I went with the filling, saving me hundreds, if not $1000. The filling itself took only 20-30 mins but unfortunately I was there waiting in the chair for 2.5 hours. And I was on time for my appointment. The staff and dentist kept apologizing for the wait, seems this was one of their busiest days of the year. The staff and dentist were extremely pleasant and kind, and didn't make me feel embarrassed about my cavity that was clearly visible when I smiled. The hygienist who did my filling was amazing, she mixed colors together to get the perfect match and shaped and smoothed so well you can't even tell I got a filling there. My smile has never looked better. She was also very informative about what she was doing and why and she was extremely warm and pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable. I had originally been going to comfort dental on arapahoe as it's much closer but I ended up going to the north Boulder one as the arapahoe location was booked for a week and have moved my treatment from comfort dental arapahoe to comfort dental north Boulder. Would recommend to all my friends. While the wait was understandable, it felt like they overbooked or double booked and that's the only reassign for 4 instead of 5 stars. Or were understaffed as there was only one dentist working.

This place is the best, they genuinely care about their patients. I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist in general but this time I was having an issue with my insurance as well. While in the midst of panic they were able to walk me through my options and start my appointment while I was on hold with insurance. After much panic on my end I was able to receive treatment that worked with my budget. So grateful to have found a dentist that eases an already uncomfortable situation. I would recommend this office to anyone with dental anxiety!

Dr. Ben McEvoy did dental work on my Hubby Mike and I this January 2021. I had a tough root canal and my hubby got new front teeth that had gotten injured in a skateboard fall when he was a teenager. He eventually resigned the idea of ever being able to get his teeth fixed. He learned to smile without showing his teeth. Most dentists we scheduled with in our old town would ignore His front teeth when he had his annual cleanings. Not Comfort Dental Dr. Ben McEvoy! He looked at him and said "We'll give you a new smile" He did. (I have tears of joy)! Comfort Dental is the best!! My hubby is so happy with his new smile!! He feels like a new man! We are referring everyone we know!!! In the past, I personally had such horrible experiences with dental care since childhood and because of it I have fear & avoid going to the dentist as much as possible. This time I was not going to be able to avoid the pain . I asked a friend where I should go, she told me to call Comfort Dental in Boulder on Broadway. I scheduled online thinking I'd hear from them in a couple of weeks. That was Friday night and on Saturday morning they called me to schedule my Hubby and I. We arrived that very next morning & two weeks later we're both getting the care we've needed for years. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the receptionist with a smile and excellent customer service! When they call you back, you meet the nurses they are profesional, kind and ready to work. (And all practice Covid awareness) Then you meet your Dr., We got to meet Dr. Ben McEvoy. He was empathetic, kind and gentle with our mouths. That initial appointment was such a good experience that I referred my most precious little person, my grand baby boy. My daughter scheduled that very day after I shared our experience. When baby had his visit, she had nothing but great things to say about Comfort Dental. She was referred to Comfort Dental For Kids in Thornton and it was such a great experience that our anxiety of baby's care disappeared! After the excellent care my hubby & I received at Comfort Dental- Broadway in Boulder, CO, the next Day we received a call from Dr. Ben McEvoy checking up on us!! Wow!! Now that's dental care!! Totally wowed by him & his team! I just had to write a review! Thank you so very much Dr. McEvoy and your Comfort Dental Team, Broadway-Boulder, for your excellent customer service and care. I can finally believe that the nightmare of Year 2020 is truly over!!! We are beyond grateful. Mike & Emma G.

I had been to the south comfort dental. The dentist I saw wasn't available for scheduling the next appointment, as he would be on vacation. The secretary scheduled me at a different office. The dentist I was scheduled with didn't show up for whatever reason, a different dentist came in and interrogated me on why I was 'switching' dentists. Well, ask your secretary. She's the one who scheduled me, knowing my situation. I was made to feel like a criminal. Can't recommend them at all.

About 6 months ago, Dr. Torrance filled 3 cavities on 3 different teeth. These teeth were not at risk, however, all have needed root canals. My new dentist took x-rays and concluded this was a result of drilling too low and close to the nerves. All of this could have been avoided, but I'm now out thousands of dollars - not to mention the immense pain that was caused.
