Changed rating from a 5 star to a 2. Although Dr. David remains a high 5 the scheduling has gone to the dumps. As I previously said we are on a time crunch to get work done so my son can get braces and jaw surgery that is medically nessisary. They will not schedule multiple dates for the treatment, and can only schedule 1 treatment at a time. Now, they are 4 weeks out to get him in and he still has atleast 4 more visits before its finished. The scheduler is not friendly or understanding and didnt care at all that this will force us to return to our previous family dentist. Also loosing Business a family would have given to Dr. David. Maybe it's not really about the smile after all.

It was my very first appointment so I had to be there 15min early to fill out my paperwork. My appointment was at 2pm I finally got in at 300pm. That's after I already asked the receptionist what the hold up was. I finally got back they did an EXCELLENT job with the x-rays and the dentist was AWESOME. After that was all said and done scheduling was a breeze. The other patients that had already been established got right in for their appointment. I am going back to have my work done so I will see how it goes then. Overall the dentist and assistant were great the receptionist needs to work on it tho

The dentist I see (I think Chamberlain) is super nice and makes me feel comfortable while I get my work done. I'm super afraid of the dentist but will go here because of how he is and the assistant I last saw on Tuesday. She was also very nice and caring. Front staff is also nice and helpful. One lady needed to make a call the next day to see if my insurance covers a partial, and she made sure to still give me a call. Amazing dental practice.
