All around horrible experience. I was a new patient and expected my appointment to take a little bit longer BUT my appointment was at 4pm. I arrived at 3:55pm and the receptionist didn't come up front to greet me until 4:03pm but I could hear her in the back talking with her co workers about upcoming vacations. Once I was finally checked in I waited for 30 minutes before I was taken back. The dental assistant sat me down and asked what I was being seen for. I told her a cleaning and she said we typically don't do cleanings on the first visit of a new patient, we do X-rays and make a plan and then schedule another appointment for cleanings. I was not told this when I called to make my appointment AS a new patient for a cleaning. She said she would be right back and I waited another 15 minutes. When I saw her walk by again I asked how long it would be because I needed to pick up my daughter from school soon. She asked if I wanted to go get my daughter and come back, I said no and decided to just leave and not get anything done. I did mention to her that I wish I would've known that they were behind on appointments and she told me she just found out yet I heard her tell the lady next to me that they were running behind. The communication in this place is terrible. So in a nutshell. My appointment was at 4pm I left at 4:50pm with NO WORK DONE AT ALL. I will not be going back and if you decide to go there make sure you block off a good 2-3 hours of your day.

Terrible experience all around. At the very first visit Dr. Alexander was mocking and laughing at my sister for being afraid of the needle for a local anesthetic while she was getting a filling ("You know this is the needle we use for BABIES, right?"). Second visit (where we had to go because one of the fillings Dr. Alexander did BROKE) the people at the front desk were extremely rude and lied to her about the nitrous machine being broken (another tech came in immediately afterwards and corrected her explaining that the nitrous machine was in fact functional that day). Repeatedly made the claim that nitrous doesn't work on adults--even though one of the photos posted here on Google for this office clearly shows a grown adult being given nitrous for a procedure (and a simple Google search will prove that claim wrong in half a second). Took one look at her insurance card and said they had no way of verifying it without even making an attempt. Overall a genuinely upsetting and traumatizing experience at this office. Very very shady practice of lying to patients.

I was looking for a dentist who will do a root canal in 2 visits (first doing, second capping) and the lady on the phone was just so rude! Like I was an inconvenience for calling and asking questions. She gave me attitude about my insurance trying to say it may not cover dental (which it does, we just got outr new dental cards in) not wanting to even schedule me an appointment because my schedule just won't work out for them because I work nights. (My current dentist and I work out just fine). I will never call this place again.

We had to get my daughter's wisdom teeth removed. We were both nervous. Monique did and amazing job and has for us in the past. We always have a great visit when she is involved. She tends to her patient and their needs and does her best to keep them calm. She does all this while still helping and tending to the doctor. She also seems to never get frustrated at the different situations she deals with. She doesn't let an upset patient get to her. She does her best to keep them call and also tell them everything going on.

Feeling ignored and pushed aside. Will update review later...after my appointment is done.(Appointment was completed; Review is Finalized) Appointment was at 11:00 I came in around 10:50. They didn't send me a link, that they promised to send me the night before, to fill out my new patient information until 10:55 AM after I had already walked in. Because of that they had problems with my insurance and almost immediately I began to be/feel ignored... There seems to be existing, Poor Communication Skills. I completed the appointment @ 12:30 PM I'm now updating/adding to the review: The dentist was wonderful but the rest of the staff were just rude... Was made to feel like I was rudely ushered out at the end. It was probably more the attitude rather than the act.

We chose this place as a new dentist after moving and my wife went first to get her teeth fixed since they are worse after pregnancy. Every appointment they are at least 45-60 minutes late to even START the appointment. To make matters worse, during her first fillings appointment Dr. Ben (Benjamin Sanley) somehow entirely missed not one, not two, but THREE cavities that she had making her go back in and get them fixed. They claimed "he rarely makes mistakes" but okay, he did. A big one. The cavities were easily visible to the naked eye. So scheduled an appointment at 9am to get them fixed. Dr. Ben did not walk into the room until 10:15. That's right 1 hour and 15 minutes late. He was in several other patients rooms and chatting with nurses in the halls, but couldn't make it into the room until 1 hour and 15 minutes after the appointment time. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here unless you enjoy wasting half your day waiting to get your teeth messed up. Edit: Dr. Ben somehow messed up and missed one of the cavities AGAIN!! You can literally look at one of her front teeth and see the cavity. It's clear as day. Absolutely insane how somebody so incompetent can be licensed. Do not let this man touch your teeth.

Dr Christoph Alexander is a miracle worker. He made a post in a crown that the tooth had broken off in and restored my smile. He was caring and gentle. Even though I don't know I'm going to be able to afford it he is going to be my dentist GCFenton- Lisenby. I probably will have to have a bridge or implant on my eye tooth. I may have to sell a kidney

I've seen many dentists in my day having dentures and so far Dr Ben and his group have taken very good care of my needs as far as dental work and been very polite and kind couldn't ask for a better group to be working with they're quick to get you in and see you for appointment times, quick and easy. This group of people in his office are kind and generous very and attentive to their patients I have commend Dr Ben eand his group of people that work with him everybody that I know needs to see a dentist I still have some visits to go to get my full plates but they have been very great at what their job is

Since starting care at this office I have had nothing but the best experience. Everyone has been both personable and professional. I give a fair reviews highlighting pros and opportunities for improvement. So far I only have pros for this office staff and providers. I've been so impressed by the service that I have been recommending friends and family to visit as well.

I have been here twice now and I'm very pleased with both experiences. Very professional and friendly. In 36 years I've seen my fair share of dental offices and Dr.Ben is by far the best at applying local anesthesia with minimal to no pain. His staff used topical numbing agents which were left on long enough to actually work and when it came time to inject the local anesthetic into my gums Dr. Ben knew what he was doing- I had chipped tooth on the front that was in need of repair and he warned that this was a very sensitive place to numb, yet I hardly felt a thing!! I left the office bragging about what a great painless experience it was. My second visit was no different. Recommend!!

This location rocks! The staff has great energy, kind, and friendly. Annie has great customer service and the dental techs made my sons feel very comfortable during their first visit. The dentist is prompt and they do not hesitate to call in rocket timing after appointment requests. I highly recommend this location to any and everyone in need!

The surgeons are great welcoming ... front desk staff is rude and thinks they can talk to people how they want to over the phone .. but when people are in person they wanna be nice and have customer service voice ..... the front desk lady's never call you back about when insurance approves things for dental.. they stand around talking when the lobby is full of patients that have been there for over 2 hours . Not moving things along or doing their jobs NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
