I have called Comfort Dental on several occasions. The answering machine picked-up each time. The mailbox is full. There is no way to leave a message. Not good! What if you have a dental emergency?

Mackenzie (not sure if that's how u slept her name) was SUPER kind and helpful. she held my hand and was talking me through my extraction and it made the experience bearable. I probably wouldn't be going back for cleanings / fillings if the staff weren't so kind. I wasn't planning on getting more work done (was gonna do the bare minimum) but the way the staff treated me made me feel so comfortable there, and I am more than comfortable going back. thank you all for being so kind

Well I was really excited to take me an my daughter there they got us in really quick we had an appointment today well they never called me to tell me that it was canceled because the doctor is not in this is the 4th time we had to reschedule because the doctor is never in im very disappointed will be going elsewhere thats for sure

Last month I went and got an x-ray done. I was supposed to be called back so that I could get a cleaning and they could give me a referral to go get a couple teeth pulled. I haven't heard anything from them in a few weeks and I waited because I was told they would call me and still have to yet call me. I'm calling the phone and they're not answering at all. Clearly there's a lot of people who call and they're not checking their voice messages because their mailbox is full. I've called about five times already this morning and I still haven't gotten an answer and I can't leave a message. To me that's very unprofessional that's not how you run a business and it's really hard because there's not many places in bellefontaine that take my type of insurance. Someone please help me find a place who takes caresource.

Why have on your ad most insurance accepted and accepting medicaid when you have no contracts with any insurance. First it was 30 days now it's 90 days. FALSE ADVERTISING

Excellent service and care. Yes they are new and JUST opened, so they are waiting for full credentials to accept Insurance and Medicaid. However new patient exams and x rays are only $19, I would still recommend going to see them and establishing a doctor-patient relationship. I am so grateful and relieved to have this new option in town!

Was very excited to try the new dental place in bellefontaine. Looks great. First attempt, I called they didn't take our insurance, lady on phone said give me your number and name because we will be calling people back with this type of insurance when we start taking it here soon. No call was ever made to me. Wait a couple months, call to see if they are now taking our insurance, which they were and that's good right? As the lady on phone is taking our information and what not I'm asking questions and explaining what we need done etc. making sure they are capable of doing it and how they go about things etc. Was told yes, we can do it all here!. appointments set and everything sounds good. Day comes- we get there 15 mins early for paper work like the lady stated.. that's fine.. done that. Got that taken care of. We are checked in. No one is in the lobby mind you. Didn't look busy. We sit there for one hour and 45mins to get to the back with my children for them to tell me they are sorry they are short staff and won't be even doing anything to or with my kids teeth. Only x-rays of their mouths to then give us a referral to Dublin!! Something about they don't have the equipment and staff to do it? I don't know all I know is they wasted my time and robbed my insurance company to do nothing!!!!!! When lady on phone said oh yes we can do it all honey. I never leave reviews but I had to. I've even contacted my insurance company because it was not right this whole little story doesn't even justify what they did and how strange it was. My kids are older this isn't my first rodeo is all I'm saying. Certain stuff does need to be sent out and what not but regular cleaning and dental work I don't think so. Mind you my kids teeth aren't bad like that or anything that they'd need a higher up densities that does only that type of stuff. . I seriously went there to be handed a paper only because they didn't have the staff and the stuff to do anything. They don't having anything in the back but 5 to 4 stations that aren't even all the way set up. Two huge rooms empty that yes can be seen once you get in the back. It was dirty, dusty. It was not okay. They have opened to soon and unprofessional. I should have been told the moment I walked in that place and began anything. I don't see why I had to get to the back for them to apologize so many times!! To me and my kids because they weren't doing not a damn thing! My kids were so confused. I'm insurance company is looking into the appointment and etc because I told my insurance company they should not be charged to hand me a paper for nothing!!!!!!!! I also am waiting to see what they charged the insurance company with because all they did was a couple pics with this machine (X-rays). Rants over now. Be careful. Hopefully they get it together. .

The experience I had at comfort dental was extremely good my blood pressure was up they said we'll set another appointment they were looking out for my health and I appreciate that To no means that means they're really looking out for the people thank you very much and I'll see you soon

They close the office without notice to their clients. Nothing posted on the door. No "temporarily closed" sign. Customers including myself were showing up to the place of business for our appointments without even knowing the doors were locked and no one is inside. Very unprofessional and rude. It's been two weeks and still no notification as to why they are no longer open.
