My first visit for a regular check up and second visit for an emergency visit was good. Staffs, doctor, doctor's assistant and office manager were very nice and helpful till then. From their office doctor advised me to see a Periodontist since I was having issues with my gum. So I found a Periodontist from another place and made appointment to see one for that reason they told me to get all my medical records from Comforts dental. I called the office in the morning because I have an appointment with Periodontist the next day Morning and i thought I will talk to a receptionist but instead of that office manager picked up my phone and i told her to send me all my medical records and she seems to be very nice and helpful. Then I called her again late afternoon and was very polite to give them a kind reminder I mentioned to the receptionist and the receptionist said that office manager is working on it. Next I called the office again receptionist picked up the call and put me on hold for office manager because she was on the other line talking so I was nice to be hold for her until she is done talking when she picked up the phone the office manager was really rude on the phone. I was thinking to bring my family there but not anymore and also I had appointment for next year six months check up I canceled that too.

Dr. Aviv is the best Dentist by far! I have seen many doctors and some of them lack bed side manners. Dr. Aviv was nothing short but AMAZING!! He takes the time to explain the procedure while making sure you are comfortable and not feeling pain. He was gentle and took his time with my cavity fill. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. The office is clean, the staff is always friendly and there's never any hassles when rescheduling appts. I love Comfort Dental.

I dont even know where to start from i have had a really bad experience with dentists and when i was at his office i was really scared but how gentle he and the dental assistant was i must say the sweetest lady i have ever met i am reallyy pleased with this particular place.

Dr Andreou and his Assistant Diane are so personable, nice and do such a great job. I have had crowns, bridges, implants and even a couple of root canals done with them and have been going to Comfort Dental at Hicksville NY for many many years. Elizabeth that handles appts and all paperwork is also very nice and efficient. I recommend everyone I know to go there

I went to Kane Dental in Hicksville for X-Rays, cleaning and check-up. Arrived on time and I was taken almost immediately. All services were provided and I was out of there in 25 minutes. Hygienist and doctor were professional and informative. The staff at the front desk are always very nice and welcoming! I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have been going to Comfort Dental for years. I'm always treated with respect. Booking appointments is easy and text reminders are sent. The entire staff is very good.

My first visit to Comfort Dental today was WONDERFUL!! I was literally from the waiting room to chair in 10 minutes!! The Dental Assistant Diane was So So Nice! Dr. Aviv R. was kind, easy-going, thorough and was easy to talk to! No Selling, No Pushy Attitude, No Criticism! Open, Honest, Respectful! As well as Madison at the front desk! Just Lovely! Thank You ALL for such a great experience!

Comfort Dental in Hicksville ny. Is amazing, the staff very polite. Atmosphere very comfortable. Glad to have work on my teeth anytime. The doctor is professional and knows what they are doing.

short wait time and scheduling a follow up was quick & easy. doctor and the rest of the staff was also extremely friendly!
