They are always gentle and patient with our family. We are little scardy cats... well I am But the staff always makes me feel comfortable. Edited 9/12/22 with a photo. Comfort and care listened to me when I told them I wanted to have a tooth fixed cosmetically. They did a beautiful job

I had an appointment that was canceled because they said they could not reach me to confirm. In the policy it states that if I cancel within 24 hours they may charge but no where says if they can't reach me my appointment will be canceled. I had taken time off of my day to go to the dentist. When I walk in they tell me my appointment is cancelled. I would not recommend.

Ask for Jessica Bollinger and Dr. Naylor when you have your cleaning. Jessica was so gentle on my cleaning unlike anyone whos ever helped me. Christianbossbabe.com

Used to be a good place. Now they try to rob you. Made an appointment for a crown and wasn't told about any fees. I come in and they say I had to pay 850 to get it done. After someone I know with the same insurance policy got it done with no penny out of pocket. Sounds to me like the girls up front wanted an eventful weekend. Not coming back again

The staff were very friendly and made sure that you felt comfortable. The Hygienist and the doctor had excellent bedside manners. Location is very easy to locate. Highly recommended.

Great staff, comfortable atmosphere, decent prices, & takes lots of different insurances. Great place to be especially if you have dental anxiety, they'll take great care of you!

I have been going to Comfort and Care Dentistry of Lincolnton over 10 years. During my visits I always receive an exceptional experience. The entire staff and doctors are professional, caring, and friendly. I appreciate the level of concern and treatment the doctors and hygienist provides me with. If you are looking for a new dental office I highly recommend this practice because of the valued commitment to patient comfort and care of your teeth!

Just had a tooth extracted from here. I have been to many different dentist and oral surgeons and I will say this is one of the best. The doctor was very kind, they were patient with the time it took to numb my mouth completely. The doctors assistant was kind as well. I definitely want to come back for future dental health care needs. Would recommend to others!

Great customer service and a friendly, compassionate staff, from the women up front to the assistants and doctor in the back. I have always dreaded the dentist and the was not only the best dental experience that I've ever had, but just one of the best as far as customer service and feeling good when you walk out the door. Thorough explanation of the procedure and very clean, with no nervousness as far as COVID. I'm one of those overly cautious people and I was comfortable the entire time. I'd recommend them to anyone. Stay safe out there.
