This was my first time at comfort & care dentistry. I selected this place because of all the wonderful reviews. They didn't tell me the owners were on vacation and that Dr. Price, the butcher of Hickory, was the substitute dentist. Before I go any further I will say the staff were courteous and professional. I had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. In the procedure some of the jawbone had to be removed. I'm 72 years old and know my body. What works and what doesn't. He told me to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol. I told him that would not work for me and I needed a pain killer. He was afraid to give me Narcotic because he must have a lot of 72 year old junkies in his neighborhood. Shame on the owner that he would not close up the office before it was ruined by this doctor.

The staff at comfort and care are awesome, I will recommend them to anyone, while I was there for my appt, they took really good care of me, thank you all so so much for being so kind and caring

I got the most kind and gentle care I have ever had . I got all my bottom teeth removed in just a matter of minutes with no pain. Dr. Naylor was very gentle and the staff was awesome. Thank you Comfort and Care

I've been coming to this location for years, before Dr Gaffney passed, and I love how the current doctors are. I just took my four year old in for her first visit and PreK screening, and they were WONDERFUL with her. She actually said it was fun and had a smile on her face all afternoon.
