No longer will be my dentist. I came to them because they were recommended by family. Initially, I was impressed with their kindness and service. Then they started losing dentists left and right. They'd reschedule me for the new one then call to cancel because that dentist left. Then reschedule me for a new one and then cancel again. I called about a broken tooth (in September) and was told they couldn't see me until December. I ended up with an infection in the broken tooth and their answer was to go to the ER for antibiotics. The ER told me it needed to be fixed to call them again. So, I did. They said I could come in on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning at 7:30 for their emergency hours. I took the day off work, drove the 30 minutes in severe pain, only to be turned away because they only take one. I'll be finding someone else. They have no compassion for people.

Trouble Worst clinic as its called! I ever been to! Like the worst hospital I went to in Arizona the county hospital me and my son almost died there for uncaring people

This place doesn't even deserve a star at all. My mom went and the dentist refused to pull a tooth for her and put her on the wrong antibiotics. They was very rude and mean. She scheduled an appointment for April 25th but the tooth was hurting way too much to wait so she went jn sooner and they told her there was no reason for her to have that appointment cause she needed a cleaning first before they could ever do anything they told her she needed a root canal when another dentist said no that needs pulled the nurse told her the reason the dentist wanted to do a root canal was cause it would be more money!! 100% do not recommend even thinking about this place the worst dentist place ever.

I received 2,000 dollars of dental work for 25$. I was very frighten of needles and the dental assistant held my hand during the procedure. I am grateful for these services

My 2 year old son had an appointment at 3 o clock. I had all new patient paperwork filled out prior to the appointment. When I arrived at the window the front desk woman was chatting with her Coworkers and ignoring me and my son clearly standing at the window. Then after waiting for 25 minutes I read the sign on the window to let the receptionist know that it was way past my son's appointment time. She looked at me and said okay with no explanation. I asked if they were running behind and she said I guess so? After waiting 40 minutes past my son's appointment time 60 minutes total I told the receptionist that we were just going to cancel. Instead of any type of update on his turn she just didn't say anything and we left. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, the men's restroom stunk up the entire waiting room. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work for a health care system in customer service and I promise you I will NOT be returning there. It only takes one bad egg to misrepresent your company and boy do you have one!

If I could give no stars I would. Here's why: I have been canceled on for over 8 months now. Every time I went to my scheduled appointment the dentist came in said you have a cavity and then left. Didn't help clean or help figure out a solution Next time I went in it was for a cleaning and there was literally nothing done to my mouth they took a peek said I have an infection in my jaw and said they couldn't do anything. I even asked if it needed antibiotics and they said yes but wouldn't help. I was so mad since I drove 30mins one way each time and had to wait almost 2hours in the waiting room to be seen. Please do NOT go here for your dental needs.

We scheduled dentist apts for my KIDS in June, due to discomfort which has now turned into pain. When I made the apt in june they weren't able to actually get in until August. I had to reschedule because I got covid. Their next opening wasn't until November 24th. Well, today is November 22nd and they called to tell me they have to reschedule due to the dentist "taking that day off". Then continue to tell me that they can't get them back in until MAY!!! Even with me telling them 2 of my 3 kids are in pain they still wouldnt make any time for an apt THEY had to reschedule! DONT GO HERE! We were able to call Mid Mo in Columbia and they are getting them in TOMORROW morning!

My husband was a patient here but after such poor service from Dr. Bagby and the staff he will no longer be using their service. The quality of care was terrible. My husband had to return twice to remove debris left by the dentist that was causing such irritation to his gums. Then after having to reschedule his appointment it took 3 more months to be seen. He ended up walking out after waiting in the chair for over an hour without anyone even coming in. Terrible customer service and unprofessional care. The practice is run like an assembly line! No care for the patients at all. We will gladly drive over an hour away for better quality care!

In more pain now than when I went in, didn't even get extraction tooth was assessed he jammed needle in 7 or 8 times to numb it! Staff was even uneasy with how rough he was! Attempted to pull tooth and it wasn't even numb. Worst experience I've had in a dentist office yet

Horrible. If you can get into another dentist, I would do so. Loved the hygienist, Allison. She was awesome. But Dr. B. Is horrible. Do not recommend and especially would not let him work on my kid.

The dental clinic has too high of a patient load for their facility. There is a 6 month wait to get an appointment. And if you do get one, they often cancel it from their end just days before and make you reschedule 6 months out. Poor management. I would recommend trying somewhere else.

I've called multiple times, lefts voicemails and never have received a call back for a BH appointment. If you're struggling mentally, don't call this place for help. Unfortunately, I was referred from post so this is my only option but if you have a choice for treatment, go elsewhere. Maybe they'll call me back now so I can get some help for PPD but probably not.
