With more than two decades in the dental field, Dr. Combs offers Bella Vista dental patients experienced, skilled dentistry services. He loves working with patients to achieve and maintain their healthiest smiles, and hes proud to work with a staff of knowledgeable dental professionals who make every day great.
A native of Hot Springs, Dr. Combs completed his undergraduate study at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He went on to earn his doctor of dental surgery from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. Since then, Dr. Combs remains dedicated to lifelong learning regularly completing continuing education courses, seminars, and training. Notably, Dr. Combs completed courses with the Pankey Institute and Spear Study Club.
Outside the office, Dr. Combs is happily married to his loving wife, LaDonna. They have four great kids, and enjoy attending all of their childrens numerous activities. When he has time, Dr. Combs gardens, hikes, and keeps up with Razorback sports. Ever wonder who all those signatures on the Declaration of Independence belong to, or why the civil war started? Ask Dr. Combs. He is a big history buff!
Dr. Shirley enjoys providing a personalized patient-care experience that leaves patients feeling confident, relaxed, and satisfied. She is also committed to providing conservative, high quality treatment to patients of all ages. Dr. Shirley has spent much time training to perform the latest dental techniques and treatments in an excellent manner.
She also remains an active member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry where she is dedicated to her personal and professional growth through continuing education courses.
Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Shirley graduated Cum Laude from University of Arkansas-Fayetteville where she conducted cancer research and was an Arkansas Razorback Diamond Doll. She is very excited to be returning to the northwest Arkansas community. Dr. Shirley enjoys running half-marathons, traveling, reading, and calling the Hogs in her free time.

Dr. Combs gave me my smile back. I've been a patient of his for almost 8 years, and on several occasions he fit me in or came in early when I had an issue that needed his attention. His whole staff is professional and provides great customer service. I wouldn't go to any other dentist.

I have high anxiety when I need a dental visit. Dr Macy ALWAYS puts my mind at ease and has such a caring, compassionate nature. Her front office staff is professional, yet caring about getting me in even if it's on an emergency basis. Bailey, Dr Macy's dental assistant is top notch and her attention to detail is in sync with Dr Macy! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Macy if your looking for a new dental practice I give this practice

Great experience for a dental appointment! Very clean and pleasant environment. From the office staff to the hygienist (Esther) to Dr Combs everyone was very friendly and put us right at ease. Just moved to the area so we were looking for new dentist. Happy to say we've found him!!

I had a dental emergency (Absess tooth). I am new to Bella Vista and hadn't established with a dentist. The office staff got me in with Dr. Macy in 3 hours (Although it felt like 3 days!) Dr. Macy was very good with her interactions with me. The tooth extraction went smooth. She appears very knowledgeable and caring about my situation.

I went in for a crown prep today. They got me back right on time and I was out in an hr! Bailey was a great assistant and made sure I was comfortable. The treatment was pain free as always. Love Dr Combs and his staff. I highly recommend them!
