Some patients will only need biannual checkups and cleanings. Our Columbus dental office offers many different services under one roof in order to meet you and your families dental needs as fully as possible. We take a very conservative approach to dentistry, meaning we only recommend the treatments we believe are truly necessary.
Dr. Maiorino is the sole practitioner at Columbus Dental Arts a rarity for dental offices nowadays. Because youll see the same dentist every time you come in, youll be able to get to know each other a lot better. Not only will you have someone you trust working on your teeth no matter what situation comes up, but youll also have someone thats familiar with what you need to have a positive and productive dental experience.
Our all-women team loves being able to work with many different patients in the Columbus area. During every visit, youll be greeted by the same people at the front desk, and the same hygienist will clean your teeth. We get to know our patients like members of the family, and we always go the extra mile to make sure that they understand their insurance benefits and that they dont encounter any unwelcome surprises when the time comes to pay.
Creating beautiful, healthy smiles is a wonderful thing, but we enjoy being able to help people in other ways as well. From Diamond Dog Rescue to Burlington County Animal Shelter to St. Jude to the Special Olympics, we are proud to be involved in several worthy causes that help make Columbus a better place to live. After attending Ursinus College, Dr. Maiorino pursued her dental doctorate at Temple University School of Dentistry. Today, continuing education is still a must, and she has attended countless courses throughout her career. Dr. Maiorino is the best dentist I've ever had in the 30 years that I've been seeing dentists. I had to have a wisdom extraction; she handled the procedure beautifully. She numbed my gums with gel so that the needle wouldn't hurt, and she explained each step to calm me down. But what sets Dr. Maiorino apart is her patience (taking the extra few steps for the patients' comfort, including offering her personal cell number for emergencies), and her jovial personality. I've never actually laughed in any other clinic, but visiting this office is like hanging out with an old pal at the coffee shop. I'm so, so happy I found this place - a million times better than any of the other dentists I've seen in Jersey.

Office limited to partial procedures before sending you elsewhere. All work performed falls out repeatedly. Very nice doctor but repairs just will not stay repaired. Hours are not typical. Doctor & receptionist nice, but cleaning lady makes off comments and appears to be faking nice. I won't take kids back there, but now i am kinda of stuck there with 3 started but unfinished projects. Doctor won't finish a procedure without starting another. Locked in :(

I recently had a serious problem with one of my teeth. I called the office and they were right about to close but Dr. Maiorino got on the phone with me and talked me through the issue and what to do next. The issue persisted into the night and I called the office again and got Dr. Maiorino's cell number. I called her thinking I would get VM, but she answered!! How amazing! I was panicked because the situation got worse. But once again, Dr. Maiorino rescued me! She told me exactly what was happening and then walked me through how to handle. She even called me the next day to see if I was ok. How many of your doctors can you say that about these days? Dr. Maiorino and her staff are amazing and I highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else!

I would not recommend Columbus Dental Arts to anyone. Dental issues that should be handled in the general dentist office are referred to other specialists. In our case after a visit to Columbus Dental Arts, we were referred to an oral surgeon for possible extraction of a tooth. We visited another local dentist and they fixed the problem immediately without removing of the tooth. In addition, the office staff is not customer friendly.
