My daughter has been seeing Dr. Keller since she was 6 months old. They have been absolutely wonderful from day one! Dr. Keller really does know how to pick his staff members. My daughter loves going to the dentist and they treat her like family! I honestly have nothing bad to say about this office. Just great all around

I took my kids in last week to get their teeth cleaned. What can I say I was impressed the office was clean and smelt great. I don't normally take my kids to their appointments, and I was blown away from start to finish. The minute I walked in the door the staff greeted me and welcomed me into their office. My boys went back and got to watch tv while they had their teeth cleaned (which they loved). The ladies that cleaned their teeth were so patient and kind. Sadly my oldest needed some work which the Doctor took the time to explain to me as well as the nurse. We were walked up front and explained the cost as well as what my insurance would and wouldn't cover which I appreciated. Over all I am so happy I found this place for my kids. Will HIGHLY recommend to everyone I know

Be sure to check with your insurance vs their "discount plan" for costs. I blindly trusted their word and was shocked to find out how much I would have saved using my insurance and/or going somewhere else within my network that had the same highly rated reviews. My wallet definitely felt the $400 we would have saved. Their facility is clean and they obviously take care of their patients, but I am shocked how much their fees are compared to other establishments. I also believe they charge for unnecessary things. They wanted to charge for more X-rays when they just took my child's full mouth X-rays as a new patient 8 months ago (she is almost 9 years old - so it shouldn't have been needed for another 3 years at least), and I told them I didn't think they were needed again and that's when they gave me pricing without them, but if I wouldn't have questioned it, I would have again blindly trusted and paid.

We've been using Dr Keller since we first moved into the area. Our time with him started when my son (then 3) fell into the tub and knocked his front tooth loose. Even as a new patient they fit us in quickly, got the x-rays done and had us back with Dr Keller within 15 minutes of arrival. Every single time since we've had great experiences, topped off today by our most eventful one yet. My daughter quite spectacularly hit her face off the floor in gym. Baby teeth thankfully! To say it was a sight would be an understatement. Once again, they got us in same day and within 45 minutes, we had the x-rays, the hygienist looked, Dr Keller looked, it was decided that extraction was needed, she was numbed up, they were pulled, and we were on our way back home. Not only that, but Dr Keller called personally this evening after hours to check in on her and see how she was doing. That kind of care is what I would love to see from every medical provider. We'll be using him as long as we are here!

Dr. Keller is an amazing dentist and has the world's greatest staff! My daughter's have never had a dentist this great! We absolutely love it here! Highly recommend!!!!

This is a real review unlike the others. BEWARE OF UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES!!! My son and I just had a HORRIFIC experience, we are both traumatized. I can't sleep at night after this visit. My wife took my 7 year old son for his 1st appointment there a few weeks ago to get some cleaning done. She was told that he will need 2 molar extractions and a cap because of cavities and infection. My son never complained about any dental pain. All his teeth were in good shape except for maybe a couple small cavities that could've just been filled and taken care off. I trusted this dentist hoping that he will be doing this in good faith and after reading all these fake reviews, I took my son to his second appointment for extraction. It was horrific, my son was screaming like he was dying through out this extremely painful and unnecessary 2 molar extraction. After the extraction i was shocked when they handed me the 2 molars. There was no signs of infection, the molars were in good shape, they only have a small cavity in each one that could've been simply filled or capped. I cannot imagine what my child went through during this visit and I would never want anybody's child to go through the same experience. Please do yourself and your children a huge favor and go to a different dentist. Do not believe these mostly fake reviews. If you're going there for a simple cleaning that's probably ok but when you hear them talking you into extraction, go somewhere else get a second opinion. They are doing in just for big profit. They need to make the most out of your kids to pay for that really nice facility and to get rich. Very sad how healthcare is becoming. That really nice facility to me compares to a really nice body shop. He does not care about how your kids will feel or what they go through. The only thing he cares about is the paycheck.

Wow!! What can I say other then that!! I took my 3 boys in to see Dr. Keller today and from the minute we walked in the staff was so nice. The girls at the front greeted me warmly then the Hygenist came out to get us started. My boys were a little shy at first but they loosened up so fast with the way the Hygenist interacted with them! After the cleaning Dr. Keller came out and introduced himself he was so great with my boys asking them about school and sports. I felt like he really wanted to get to know them. One of my sons needed some work done and Dr. Keller and the Hygienist showed me the xrays and asked if we had any questions. Lets just say we can't wait to come back. My boys loved picking toys from the prize machine!! Thank you Dr. Keller and Staff for a great visit! We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Dr. Keller and his office staff are the best I've seen. My oldest was timid on his first visit and Dr. Keller was able to put him at ease. They explain everything they are doing and are wonderful with children. I never write reviews, but this experience warranted one - it was wonderful.

Both of our kids see Dr. Keller and his amazing staff. They are able to make the environment welcoming, fun, and relaxed. The kids not only LOVE going to the dentist, but feel right at home with their hygienists and Dr. Keller. I would highly recommended Dr. Keller to ANYone searching for a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Keller, his staff (specifically his hygienist Morgan) and the front desk workers all are consummate professionals who have done nothing but treat my daughter well, educated my wife and I on pediatric dentistry and best practices and been fantastic people. Never a single issue, never late service or long wait times and clear concise directions on exactly what my daughter should do for healthy teeth. I cannot imagine finding another pediatric dentist in Columbus who will do a better job. Highly recommend this establishment.

They have more patients than they should. I just canceled an appointment for fillings. My son has a fever, and I know the COVID restrictions. They can't reschedule for over two months!!! For fillings! They are unbelievably irresponsible for having more patients than they can handle. I hope no patients ever have a dental emergency, you'll probably be waiting a long time.

Dr Keller and his staff are incredibly kind and go out of their way for their kiddos!! We are grateful for their attentiveness especially in an emergency whether it be nights or weekends. They are AMAZING!!!

This place is amazing! I took my 6 year old for his first here recently and the staff was so nice. The facility is clean and we were in and out in less then 20 mins! I'm not sure why the others reviews would be "fake" because this dentistry is FANTASTIC. We pay out of pocket to be able to take our son here and it is very affordable so there isn't any "unnecessary" procedures haha we will definitely continue going here!

Dentist is so nice, assistants are also so kind. This place definitely has caring professionals working there. Dentist calls you in evening personally to make sure your child is feeling okay after any procedure.

Dr. Keller and his whole staff are awesome! I was terrified of taking my kids since they're autistic/speech delayed and had no idea how they would react. Miss Arci was our hygienist for both of my kids visits and she is an absolute rockstar! Miss Arci and Dr. Keller have the best bedside manner i have ever seen in the healthcare field. Thank you so much for all that y'all do!

My son has been going to Columbus Children's Dentistry for 5 years. We could not be happier with this choice. The staff are all so kind and caring and polite. Dawn Marie, our hygienist, takes time to explain things to me as well as my son. Dr. Keller is so patient and spends time answering all of my questions. Our experience exceeds our expectations every time.
