My son has been coming here for over 2 years for his Invisalign. In the beginning everyone is friendly; however, once became a patient here, the customer service and wait time become worse. For example, on 11/12/22, our appointment is scheduled at 4pm and we have waited 36 minutes have not been seen. One of the front desk lady sitting by the wall commented "oh you guys have arrived early". We have an habit of arrive earlier than our appointment time but we STILL waited for 36 minutes and not been seen. Not only we didn't get an apology but received a comment "you guys arrived early". This really upsets me. The bad attitude! Finally we were seen at 4:40pm; we waited 40 minutes!!! (Please NOTE this is not the first time!!!!!!!!!)There were other issues we have encountered prior. I just wanted to share & recommend all the parents or if you decide to come to this place for Invisalign services, please do more research and consult other places first before you make your final decision. Personally, I do NOT recommend this place based of my experience with them for over 2+ years.

Office was really nice, well-spaced and super clean. Dr. Lu was quick and friendly with repairing my permanent retainer. Did a great job. Medical assistant was friendly as well. Receptionists were professional, courteous and well-dressed (cute as well).

The lady at the front desk (black long straight hair) maybe think she is the Queen of Flushing. extremely bad attitude toward us. Very impatient and arrogant. Trying to embarrass us in front of everyone. There are many good dentists out there, so even though the doctor is not bad, we won't be going back since we don't want to be humiliated by the front desk again.

Dr. Frank helped my daughter recover quickly from a tooth problem she had that was causing her a lot of pain. He was friendly and knowledgeable, gave us helpful tips, and got her condition treated and resolved quicker than expected.

I went here for around 3-4 years and my teeth were changed incredibly quickly. From having teeth that were in bad shape to having straight teeth, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants incredible results for their teeth.

I highly recommend to get treatment with Dr.Lu and Dr. Lai. I love my final results. This is my second time of having braces so I know how important to choose the right doctor. I wasn't satisfied with my teeth when I first have braces so I decided to have orthodontic treatment again. I'm glad that I have my second orthodontic treatment with Dr.Lu and Dr.Lai. They are awesome, always being patient with my questions and concerns. Highly recommend to get a consultation in their office.

The staff here are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The doctor who attended to me for the past few years was quick with each appointment and very friendly. My teeth have been straightened and aligned and I'm very happy with my experience. The office is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable as well. I also appreciate how precautions with covid were taken seriously. Overall, I highly recommend Newsmile Orthodontics!

Dr. Frank Lu was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the reasons and treatments that I need. The staff were all very friendly, polite, courteous and professional which made my first visit of getting an orthodontic appliance very pleasant. The office was extremely spacious and clean and even had a professional grade air purifier. I would definitely recommend my friends and classmates to this office.

I like the environment at the clinic very much, it's clean and modern. I'm more confident now than I was before braces, especially when I'm looking in the mirror everyday before going to work. I just got my brace off today and for the past two years in this office, I am extremely satisfied with everything. When I first meet with Dr.Lu for my consultation appointment, he made everything easy to understand, including what plan is best for my situation. For regular adjustment appointments, both doctors and assistants were extremely patient as well as professional, and before leaving, they always make sure if I have anymore questions left. Before debond, Dr.Lu also made sure that I am satisfied with the current overall view and details with the teeth. I would definitely recommend this ortho office!
