Dr.West and the whole crew at Columbia Ortho are fantastic! This is my second time with ortho (different office before), Dr. West has been understanding of my concerns and always respectful of my schedule with short wait times as well as always professional and caring! Love that they have new technology and overall it has been a wonderful experience! Highly recommend them!

Dr. West and the rest of the staff at Columbia Orthodontics really are the best by far! Every time I go in for a visit, they all greet me by name and show that they are happy I'm there. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel like a friend rather than just another patient. I highly recommend them for any orthodontic needs! 10/10

I recently just finished my Ortho treatment with Dr.West and I'm extremely happy with my results. I've worked in the dental field for the past 8 years and this was my 2nd experience with braces, so I can honestly say Dr.West and his team do an amazing job! The office was very clean and modern. The receptionist were very friendly, always greeted me and made scheduling fast and easy. I didn't have to sit and wait forever to be seen 5-10 minutes at the most! All of the assistants were friendly and made sure I got in and out in a timely matter because they knew I took time off work to pop in for a visit. I never broke any brackets, My wires were never too long or poked me. I was given an awesome camo drawstring back pack stuffed full of everything I needed to take care and maintain my braces over my treatment along with a dutch bro's gift card once I had them removed. Dr.West and his staff took the time to get to know me and remembered what I shared with 6 weeks ago during my last visit, and they were always gentle while working. I didn't even have to have impressions taken of my teeth for my retainers! They had a new digital system that takes pictures of your teeth! (No more gritty impressions or making that gag reflex work!) I absolutly LOVE my new smile. My teeth are PERFECT!! I'm very happy I received such great care from Dr.West and his team! I Highly recommend Columbia Orthodontics to my patients and anyone looking to change their smile!

I have been to this office on four different occasions within the last two weeks. I am super impressed by the level of protection that they are providing for their patients and their staff. From the minute you walk into his office they're taking your temperature and making sure that every person in that office has a mask on. The staff all are wearing a clear plastic welding-type of face cover on top of their regular mask. After each patient, they are soaking those chairs and the sides of the chairs with disinfectant and wiping them down very thoroughly. They have plastic over the keyboards on their laptops and are changing out the plastic covers after every patient. They must've gone through a whole box of gloves just in each one of my 20 minute visits. As an overprotective mother, this makes me feel super good and trusting to take my children in there. Thank you so much Dr. West and all your staff for going above and beyond to keep us patients and your staff healthy.

Dr. West and his team are great at what they do. I am an adult in braces and have been seeing Dr. West for almost a year now. During this time him and his team have been helpful, kind, efficient, shown great skill and aptitude in their profession, and are extraordinarily flexible. Recently, I was transferred from Pendleton to Redmond, OR and the main reason I have been able to remain a patient of Dr. West is because of his capacity to be flexible. As an example, just two weeks ago, on his way to Bend, OR, we met in his traveling office (his RV) in Redmond - 200+ miles from his office - so that I could stay on schedule with my treatment. That was an awesome appointment and I am grateful to him and Amanda for taking the time out of their weekend to see me. If you have to opportunity to be a patient of Dr. West's, take it. And, if you do become his patient, don't miss out on his epic patient appreciation party. The one I went to this year included raffle prizes, great food trucks, free swag, and all at an aquatic center that Dr. West had rented out solely for his patients for the night.

During a visit in the area we had managed to lose our child's key for her mouth expander, the office was officially closed for training but they opened the door and went out of their way to find us a replacement key. I can only imagine how well they treat their normal customers if they went this far to help someone from out of town. Thanks a ton Columbia Orthodontist!

Columbia Orthodontics is the best. I recently got my braces off and if I'm honest I'm going to miss going in for check ups. Dr. West and his staff are all amazing people and just make you feel welcomed. They are very understanding if you're late and if you get there early they get you in as soon as possible. Thank you Columbia Orthodontics for my new smile!
