(Where has Dr. Auzins been all my life?! ;-) I'm pleased to report that this gentleman does consistently excellent work, and I'm very grateful to have found him.

I've had 2 implants over the past 3 years. Everyone is really nice and everything went smooth. I'm very happy with the work done. I also extremely recommend Dr. DeMas for the crown. The two are my heros. Glad to have my smile back!

Quick painless extraction of the root of a broken tooth. No more Jordon Almonds for me! Job well done, Dr. Auzins. Thank you! Feeling good the next day.

Dr. Auzins took the time to explain what he would be doing in regard to my implant. He pointed out what he saw in the dental x-rays as we looked at them together. He answered my questions and really put me at ease. Everyone in the office was very nice as well. I highly recommend Columbia Oral Surgery.

The procedure was a bit rough, but they tried to make it less painful and kept me informed.

Had my wisdom tooth extraction yesterday and so far everything was excellent. From the initial consultation until the day of surgery, the staff was always so courteous in answering my questions. They called me multiple times days prior to surgery to make sure I had picked up my medications and remind me of pre-op procedures. They also had very clear printed instructions for immediate post-op until 14 days out. My husband had a private waiting room to work while waiting for me. The staff, especially Dr Auzins, was top notch! So happy I had my surgery here!

My experience with the practice is only limited to the process of booking an appointment and realizing said appointment. First, the context... Back in November 2021, my dentist referred me to Columbia Oral Surgery for a time sensitive procedure due to a discovery. I immediately set-up an appointment with the practice to have this procedure done. This was scheduled in the first half of January 2022. A week before the scheduled appointment, I received a phone call that the doctor was no longer performing the procedure on the day of the week I was scheduled on. I was given an option to reschedule and that the earliest available date was in mid-March 2022. Under good faith, I have accepted this rescheduling. Fast forward to a week before the appointment, I received a call from the office that the procedure I was scheduled for was no longer an available option. I was given the option to schedule with another recommended practice. While I did have a level of appreciation that some solution was offered, I felt that there was an imbalance of the solution offered to the experience I went through. I viewed the solution presented as yet another delay to a committed appointment for a time sensitive procedure. At this point, it has been already nearly four months since I have initiated the process. And throughout the period the process of having this procedure done was twice delayed due to what I am perceiving the doctor's inability to follow through with their commitment and to effectively communicate in a reasonable time frame of the changes. I understand that the practice is no longer offering the service. My expectations were the following: * I should not have been led on to believe that scheduling the operation at the practice was viable. If this was communicated much earlier that there was no commitment to follow through I would have looked at the alternatives much earlier. * Appointments already on the books should have been fulfilled and exhausted. If the situation was the other way around where the client was stringing along the practice, the situation may have been treated differently. In the end, I felt from this experience there was a disconnect on how I valued my health versus how this practice valued mine. And due to this delay, I feel like it put me in a position where my health and finances could potentially be worst off. I do want to say that the individuals I spoked to in regards to the cancellations have been professional and understanding. The individual I talked to last in regards to the latest cancellation listen to my feedback and was receptive to it. I do hope this feedback was constructive and actionable to provide a better experience going forward.

Got 4 wisdom teeth out today, and this team was awesome. They were fast, efficient, complete in the pre information, as well as the follow up on how things went. Was in and out in under 1.5 hours, and left with a sense that all will be fine. Which it has been. Was given complete info on post procedure care, along with the proper meds and gauze to help insure success. Thinking about sending them flowers. Highly recommend them.

Everyone there is exceptionally friendly. That even includes the doctor, who is very calm and positive. They kept me informed before and after and used a twilight sedative that was just right: I was conscious but unconcerned with what was going on. After, I was minimally woozy, unlike some previous experiences. This is a good place.

Great and kind communicators, felt very supported by my oral surgeon and by the medical team at the office. Before my surgery, the front desk assistants made sure I had all the preparation and information I needed and offered insight even on payment options. Super calibrated process and felt safe every step of the way. Highly recommend this spot and thanks to all for their help in this my first ever surgery :)
