Dr. Wilburn has been in practice since 2009. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis and continued her education with advanced training at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. Recently in 2017, she graduated from Core Curriculum at the advanced learning Dawson Academy.
Dr. Wilburn is also fluent in Spanish. She has gone on many medical missions abroad, and she is a contributor at the Interfaith Dental Clinic in Nashville. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending Pure Barre classes. She lives in Franklin with her loving husband Chris and son Beau along with their two Great Danes, Amos, and Moses.
Jazmin joined our team in 2019.You will meet Jazmin as she greets you with a smile when you walk in the door.Jazmin received her RDA from the Dental Staff School of TN.Jazmin truly cares for the patients and works to make sure all of their dental concerns are met.Jazmin is fluent in Spanish.
Priscila is an integral part of Columbia Family Dentistry.She received her RDA from the Dental Staff School of Tennessee.Priscila is excellent at treatment planning and coordinating treatment with the patient to help the patient achieve their dental goals.Priscila is fluent in Spanish.
Leah has been working in dentistry since 1996.She began her career in dental assisting and has worked in General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Orthodontics. She received her Dental Hygiene Degree in 2003.She joined Columbia Family Dentistry in 2016.Leah is currently the Office Manager at CFD.Leah is dedicated to the dental health care profession and strives to make sure everyone steps out of the office loving their smile.
Stephanie began her dental career in 2005.Stephanie has been working alongside Dr. Wilburn since she began Columbia Family Dentistry in 2015.Stephanies caring personality makes the patients feel comfortable while in the chair.Stephanie received her Expanded function from the University of Tennesse at Memphis.
Crystal has been practicing Dental Hygiene since 2015.She is a graduate of Tennessee State University.She is gentle and caring for her patients.Crystal wants each patient to truly have the best dental experience.She works hard to provide high-quality dental care to meet each patients needs.
Tabitha has been a dental assistant since 2019.She received her RDA from the Dental Staff School of Tennessee.She also has her certifications in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and Coronal Polishing.Tabitha loves working with children, and she also loves helping people improve their smiles.

Loved it! The staff was very kind and welcoming and non judgmental. The dentist herself was very quick in telling everything we were gonna be doing. And made sure I understood everything. And then going over all insurance information they explained everything very well, a lot better than any other dental office did. All in all it was great. And I can't remember the name of the lady who did my X-rays and everything but she made it better in general and made it very comfortable and explained a lot in detail. Will definitely be back and use this dentist from now on! And went back to have my cleaning done and the same girl cleaned my teeth did an amazing job. I'm still in awe with how well she did.

My children and I always feel at home here. Everyone is kind and cheerful and go out of their way to make you feel like you are family. Dr. Wilburn is very knowledgeable and treats only the problem without pushing unnecessary treatments. The hygienist answer all my questions and explain everything they are doing

This place was like a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences from other dentists! If you're nervous to go to the dentist, you won't be here! Today was my first visit. I felt very welcome and cared about. Gina was my hygienist -- she was so understanding and calming. They absolutely wanted the best for me and my teeth! Highly recommend.

These ladies are amazing! I have severe dental anxiety & they make me feel so at ease & comfortable. I had a root canal done yesterday & have had zero pain afterwards! The payment plans they offer are a huge bonus! Highly recommend!!

I'm so pleased I chose this office. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. When I went in for my first appointment I was fighting some pretty bad anxiety around dentistry. I was comforted and taken care of. They made me feel safe and talked me through everything that was happening. They are lovely people that do a very fine job!

Wonderful Dental Office! The staff is so nice and very professional. My hygienist Leah listened to my concerns and gave me a detailed overview and what to expect at my next visit. She was very gentle and patient. I highly recommend Columbia Family Dentistry My kids also love coming here. They are never afraid when they know they are going to the dentist. Loved the entire visit! They were very prompt and informative about all my questions! And I definitely felt confident with all the answers I received from not only the hygienist but the Dentist herself! Took amazing care of me after a very lengthy time of not being to a dentist! And I would love to see everyone go here for their future teeth cleanings!!

I moved to Columbia from Virginia Beach and found Columbia Family Dentistry on-line! I highly recommend Dr Wilburn to you! She and her staff are amazing. They are so friendly and professional. I felt at home as soon as I arrived. The office is clean and in a an excellent easy to get to location. The staff make a point of learning your name and making you feel at ease. If you are looking for a dentist......Look no further!

Like many people I am not a fan of going to the dentist but EVERYONE I interacted with there today was terrific and made me feel comfortable. I'm happy about that because there is much more to do but I couldn't be off to a better start than with the team at CFD.

My Dad drove my son to his apt, arrived at 12:40 for a 1:00 visit. 6/22/22. This apt was rescheduled from a previous date. He says 4 patients were asked back before him that didnt arive till a good while after he sat there. It was 4:30 by the time they returned home grumpy and ill. Hope next time is better for us all.
