Although Dr. Agrawal is very nice and thorough, the billing practices are out of line. I had a procedure done quite a few months ago now and want quoted a price for the work. When it was appointment time, I was asked to pay over $200 more than I was quoted. I thought to myself, perhaps there were a few things missed. I paid the amount, no problem at all. After the procedure was completed, I start receiving bills, $60 here, $90 there. I call and ask about said bills, the response I got was, "these are amounts the insurance wouldn't pay". The initial quote listed what insurance was paying, so this didn't make sense. I then receive another bills a month later for another $60. I call them to pay them, ask them to close my account, and cancel my next appointment. Today, another month goes by and I receive yet another bill for $99! If I were to bill my customers like this after a quote was given, my customers wouldn't return. I owe you nothing! Close the account as I asked and do not send me another bill. Thank you. Dr. Agrawal is an excellent professional and a very kind person, those qualities also apply to her staff, from the lady in the front desk to her assistants. Dr. Agrawal explained to me in detail what i needed and made sure that at all times i was at ease with the treatment. Her assistants kindly worked with me due to my hectic work schedule and always found a way to accommodate my requests for my appointments. I would recommend Dr. Agrawal to everyone in search of an excellent professional and a caring dentist.

Dr. Sulekha Agrawal is the greatest; she and her team understand and handle all of your concerns. My treatment went off without a hitch, and I was very pleased with the results. The employees at Columbia Family Dental Clinic are incredibly friendly and outgoing. They genuinely contribute to a five-star experience. You are treated as if you were a member of the family. I absolutely love my dentist! Dr. Agrawal is so nice and really great at what she does. My cleanings are always pleasant experiences. I'm going through Invisalign treatment with her now and that's been going great too. She has been able to get me wonderful results without any other extractions or procedures, when another provider at a different office said it was impossible. The front desk staff and dental assistants are very nice too. I rarely have to wait long. All in all I'm really happy she's my dentist.

Dr. Sulekha Agrawal and her staff provide the very best of care. After the oral surgery I was very impressed at how quickly the pain subsided and how much better I felt because of your efforts. You have no idea how good it is to smile normally again. I feel like I can live a normal life now. It is obvious that you take pride in your work, and I feel very lucky to be one of your patients. It's really hard to come by a dental office that doesn't make patients feel even more nervous. I've worked at different dental offices in the past, and I can genuinely say that the care, responsiveness and over all kindness from everyone makes this office like no other. Dr.Agrawal takes the time to explain treatments to her patients very thoroughly and is available to answer any questions her patients present. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dependable office to take care of their dental needs!
