Worst practice in the state. Parents please avoid this call establishment. I'm in the middle of hiring attorney to look into these fraudulent practice. They lady Carmen who works in front office will not alllow complaints to reach there superiors. I will update

Extremely rude, obnoxious receptionist. I went to pick up by son from his orthodontist appointment and while parked OUTSIDE the clinic I called to make a follow up appointment for my son. Lady picked up the phone, then asked me to hold, after about 1 minute holding she hangs yp on me. I immediatley called back and got the voicemail. I tell my son to go in to schedule the appointment and as he goes in the woman is coming out and tells him she is leaving and so we will have to call back. I am RIGHT there so when I tell her, look I was just on the phone and you hang up, she says,"oh that was you, well I didn't hear anyone on the phone so I hang up, but I have to leave now, you can call back next week and make an appointment Whaaat? You hang up on me and now you want me to call back like I don't have anything to do? If you'll didn't have my money for my sons braces I would be walking. But once his treatment is over I definitely will be walking. This woman is doing a great disservice to your company. She is the face of your company but has zero customer appreciation. Very disappointed

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. My son was due to get surgery for a severe overbite almost 2 years ago. When it came time to go in for it, the pandemic set us back, (of course I understood that, don't get me wrong) but once we finally got to go in, they put us off more than once, even sent us to their office in Hartford that turned us away as well. I ended up trying to book another appointment for months, before finding a decent, more responsible dental office that actually wants our business.

Went in forgot my card was told they need info in order to be seen and I understand that but the attitude was unnecessary. So walked out I could have just came back with card but will just book some other place.

TERRIBLE! 10/10 DO NOT recommend! One star is generous! A few years ago I had braces through them and they pulled 4 teeth. They were so rude when tightening the braces. I have a high pain tolerance, and they made me cry when tightening my braces, They told me to stop crying and if I wasn't ready for it to hurt then I could just get the braces removed. I was 15years old! They day that I got my braces removed they didn't ask if I wanted Invisalign or a classic metal retainer. I got Invisalign and have worn it once. It was rubbing on my gums so much they bled when I asked for a classic retainer they said no. 10/10 DO NOT recommend!

They were so great with my son! He was able to be calm even while they were giving him numbing medicine in his gums and he quickly calmed down after feeling some pressure from his tooth being pulled. He did much better than me at his age but they also were much better with him than my dentist was when I was a kid. They even gave him the nose covering for the gas as a souvenir, some stickers and his tooth to give to the Tooth Fairy. Everything has been clean and everyone has been so friendly at each visit. Thank You for all you guys do to give great care!

Yesterday, June 22, 2018 was the third or fourth time my grandson received services at Columbia Dental at 401 Center St. in Manchester, CT. Each time we were treated professionally and friendly, we were seen quickly, all of my questions were answer in a manner that I could understand and treatment was complete, through and courteous. In making appointments, I felt that staff did everything possible to accommodate my schedule, my grandson's school schedule and get us in as soon as possible. I highly recommend this dental services.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Lee and her assistant Isabell in Enfield. A few months later my daughter started having tooth pain. When we came to the office in Manchester we found out she had to have another extraction. When we found out that it was going to be done by Dr Lee and her assistant again we were so happy. They are an amazing team and their bedside manner is wonderful. They both took the time to explain the procedure and relieve the anxiety we had. Because of this we both had a great experience. Thank you so much Isabell and Dr. Lee!

My child was complaining about a toothache so we took her her to get work done she had two cavities the staff was super professional and some how got my kid excited to get her teeth worked on. My kid is really into superheros and now because of this positive experience she looks at dentist as superheroes.

Run for the hills! They like to pull teeth when NOT necessary. They don't give options or sound advice. And twice drilled into the roof of my mouth. Not well trained at all.
