Dr. Cain and his staff have always been so friendly and accommodating. They really understand about your personal, individual needs and what you want or are expecting the results to be. Dr. Cain takes his time to go over every part of a procedure before it is done. Wonderful place to have your dental needs taken care of.

Definitely recommend Dr. Cain such a wonderful and caring person. Had surgery, got me one 1 stick with the IV! No pain after I would definitely go back if needed! His staff are also very thoughtful and do their jobs above and beyond! Amazing staff

My daughter originally had her 4 wisdom teeth extraction surgery scheduled at another facility and they called the morning of the surgery to cancel. My daughter was in pain and I needed to get her seen ASAP. I was referred to Columbia Dental Health Clinic and we received an appointment for the same day! The entire experience from the front desk staff, to the X-Ray tech, the dental assistant and Doctor Cain was outstanding! My daughter came in nervous because originally she was supposed to have anesthesia but she walked out saying that hands down, this was her best dental experience ever and she didn't even have anesthesia! From the humorous friendly banter, to the thorough explanation of the procedure, to prompt skillful service we were both impressed. Dr Cain even gave my daughter some advice as she prepares to enter the world of nursing. Customer focused care is rare to find nowadays. It is good to see that this practice gets it right.

The Dr. and the young lady who numb me today made me feel so comfortable. It was a great experience from the front office staff to the lady who took my X-ray. They were all so warming and welcoming. I felt so at home. I will definitely be back. And it was even more wonderful that me and the surgeon had the same birthday .

They were amazing with me. I had to have 8 teeth pulled out and couldn't afford the sedation or laughing gas. I have severe anxiety and was starting to have an attack when they calmed me down, talked me through everything and were very attentive to my pain tolerance and anxiety. Highly recommend them if you need serious dental work.

My son just had 2 wisdom teeth removed. The staff that treated him were nice. My main concern is he received no written instructions regarding after care. I was waiting for him and I received no after care instructions. I am a nurse and know that written instructions should be given to all patients especially post procedure patients.

Dr. Cain is amazing, fantastic personality and very informative!!! Nikeita is amazing too, I could tell she was smiling through her mask, professionally silly (helping to calm my nervousness), and very compassionate!!! Highly highly recommend them for your dental needs!!! They don't just deserve 5 stars but 10 as well, hopefully I'll never have to go back but I certainly will if ever need another extraction!!! P.S. I have a huge fear of dentists but they made me feel comfortable and Dr. Cain kept asking if I was ok or in any pain, which I was ok but no pain!!!
