Went to get second opinion for my crown that I got from another dentist. I needed a second opinion because the tooth that I got the crown kept hurting when I chew on it. My original dentist told me that they dont know what the problem is so they recommend me to get root canal incase there are issues in my nerve. This dentist (Dr. Paul Kim) does not try to over treat patients. He was nice and explained his reasons for not getting root canal yet. But instead he readjusted my crown and now I feel less lain when I chew on it.

They don't even know how to provide a standard dental care. I had SRP here (Scaling and Root Planning). The staff only used ultrasonic device and told me that SRP is completed. I asked her you did scaling but how you are going to finish the root planning part and she said ultrasonic device could complete the whole thing w/o hand instruments. Hand instrument must be used for root planning part otherwise how they could manage to smooth the surface and remove slimy part on the root? Usually such incompetent staff is replaced in normal practice and usually such education should be given by dentist(s) when hiring those staff, but this practice is a way below providing standard care, and I highly recommend you to consider those information when you search a dentist in this area. The matter is not the fee you paid, the matter is you receive incomplete treatments which could make your oral health worse while you do not recognize it.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Albert Lee. He was just doing routine cleaning for me. Dr. Lee maintain a great balance of professionalism and personalization in treating, education, and demeanor in speaking with me throughout the whole visit. I have moved further from this dental office but would gladly drive the distance to have a friendly visit like the one Dr Lee provided. Thank you.

This dentist is top notch. I have tried other dentists in Georgia b/c I read positive reviews about them, but I will tell you this. You can't always trust online reviews. The lower rating of Columbia Dental Duluth is inaccurate as they are top dog in Dentists in Georgia that I have seen and tried. I recommend the dentists here and the oral hygienists are excellent as well as the customer service reps. Their prices are reasonable and they are good at keeping their schedule and getting you in and out. Newer is not always better, and Columbia Dental in Duluth has been around for quite a while and win most consistent and high quality dentist award. I have performed dental work, crown replacement, cavity removal, and more at this dentist and I can give them my vote of confidence that their Dentist are compassionate and know what they are doing. 5 Google stars and two thumbs up for Columbia Dental. Columbia Dental is top of the line for dentists in Georgia. I used to travel to California to get my dental work done, but have discovered that the quality and prices albeit a little higher than California, are on par with the work I've received in Los Angeles. I love the dentists and oral hygienists and customer service reps that work here. A warm environment with competent dentists who know what they are doing. Parking is easy and location is excellent. 5 Google Stars and well deservedly so! Thank you to everyone who works here and for being here. We love you!

What a fantastic dentist. I have been coming here for years and I mean years as in more than several years. I've been coming here on and off and I checked out another dentist to get an implant done and a cleaning because of online reviews that I read but boy was I wrong to do that. now I don't really trust online reviews exclusively for recommendations on whether to try business or not because in that case it was kind of a bad decision however it showed me that sometimes going to a place that you trust and have been going to for years is usually the best choice. New is not always better and in this case that is an example of what happened here. Columbia dental is an excellent facility the dentist and staff here are superb the prices are reasonable and the service is excellent and fantastic. I recommend them highly and will be coming here exclusively from now on. For teeth cleanings I recommend Amber and Natalie at the front desk is very helpful and kind. Five solid Google Stars and well deservedly so. Thank you to the owners and have a very positive day.
