Good experience :-) I'm always so scared to go to the dentist as I had a lot of trauma with bad dentists as a child. I used to fear going every 6 months, but I will start going more often as this experience was good. Making an appointment was easy & wait time was short. The hygienist & doctor both are very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me, answer any questions. Receptionist is also very sweet :-)

Dr. Hahn was very kind. He took time to explain, in detail, the procedure involved with permanent denture implants. Everyone with whom l came contact with was professional. I look forward to having my smile restored:)

Hated my experience here. The two stars are for the receptionist. Very kind and professional. I didn't like how I was treated by everyone else. They weren't gentle at all and ignored my requests and kept harassing me to do more work that day when I told them multiple times I didn't want it. Drs in general tend to dismiss black ppl and act like we can tolerate enormous amounts of pain. I will never be back.

I have a dreadful fear of going to the dentist. The receptionist, Hygienist and Dr. Kwak were professional, pleasant and accommodating. Although I only needed a good cleaning I did not experience any pain or unusual discomfort during or after. I was more at ease than I can remember. This was my first visit and I will return. Thank you.

Everyone who works here is so kind and the service is really thorough yet quick and efficient. They are patient and answer all your questions. They also make sure you get the best care for what you can afford. And the office is super clean.

I am so extremely happy is extremely happy with my experience on on August 12th 2021. I was greeted by a wonderful young woman, And I am so sorry I cannot remember her name right now. I think she was the head lady of the office though, If she wasn't she should be. The young man in the office I don't remember his name either, Please forgive me I was nervous, Is very afraid on the onset, But the doctor as well as the staff or excellent superb wonderful loving kind, And I'm telling all my friends about it as well as this survey. I will be going there for more work to be done. It is the best dentist that I've had since I've been in Georgia and I've been here almost 19 years, Thank you all so much. Continue being sunshine, And making a smile beautifully

I came in and was able to get a same day appt due to my fill in falling out.. I found out at the appt that my dental insurance wasnt accepted because of DMO plan. I elected to pay out of pocket because the pain was intense.. I was thinking i's have to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for xray, exam & redo of my fill in and fo my surprise i only had to pay $130 i was so excited lol i couldnt wait to pay and get my fill in repaired.. Ms. Maria was gentle and constantly checking if i was okay or had any pain.. Would definitely recommend Columbia dental!

Highly recommend this place! Nice office, the receptionist and staff are very friendly and professional and were also very patient with me taking time to explain me the process with the insurance, and my options, without any hesitation! Thank you guys! Dr Kwak, my goodness such a nice loving Dentist,also took her time to let me know what needed to be done. Love them!!!!
