Dr. Steven Reff uses his extensive experience to provide the highest level of surgical care in a gentle, compassionate manner. He received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. While there, he graduated at the top of his class and was honored by his faculty by being inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthetic Honors Society. He also served as President on a variety of committees including the Dental Schools Global Outreach Program and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery study group.
Following dental school, Dr. Reff completed his surgical-based training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital. Upon completing his training Dr. Reff began treating patients in private practice. He was also invited to take a position at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine teaching postgraduate candidates and future dentists and was additionally appointed admitting privileges.
Dr. Puri grew up in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania and did his dental training at NYU Dental School. After Dental School, he did a general practice residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Puri opened a private practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While there, he became very interested in Orthodontics, and decided to sell his practice and enrolled at the prestigious Eastman Dental Center, where he obtained his certificate in the specialty of orthodontics. After completing his orthodontic training, Dr. Puri settled in New Jersey. He has been practicing orthodontics for 18 years. He provides diagnosis and treatment planning for patients at all stages of growth and development. He works with young children, adolescents, and adults and in addition to traditional braces, Dr. Puriis certified in both Invisalign and Clear Correct therapy. Every patient is given special attention by Dr. Puri, and in order to meet each patients specific treatment goals, he regularly participates in continuing education and maintains active memberships in both the American Dental Association and American Association of Orthodontics.

The front end receptionist were very friendly & patient. The dental assistant was so understanding to my pain & she took several Xrays & never rushed me not 1 time. Dr. Gomez being a Female Hispanic dentist is my 1st time having a woman dentist & that put a smile on my face! I look forward to being a New Patient with Columbia Dental Elizabeth NJ!

I got really lucky to find this place cause the dentist next-door turned me away when i was in so much pain because i cancelled a few appointments. I called them and they toom me right away the girls at the front desk were super nice It worked out for me this dentist was so nice gentle and explained everything in detail i loved it. New client for a long time.
