Dr. Tim Wang is a proud graduate of Columbia University. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, he moved to the bay area to further refine his diagnosis and clinical skills at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) for one year of residency. Prior to studying at Dental School, he attended UCLA and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Dr. Wang has been practicing for over 25 years. Dr. Wang has been serving tri-city area( Fremont, Union City, Milpitas) for over 20 years. His passion in dentistry and patient care has kept him up to date on the modern comprehensive and advanced dental care. He has completed advanced implant surgical training in UCLA.

He is a Diplomate (highest honor) and Fellow of International Congress of Implantology (DICOI, FICOI). Dr. Wang has successfully placed over 8,000+ dental implants. He is also an advanced Certified Invisalign and laser provider. Dr. Wang is an active member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the South Alameda Dental Society. At his leisure time, he enjoys swimming, skiing, and traveling with his family.

Dr. Lane is a native of the Bay Area, having grown up in Pleasanton where he graduated from Amador High School. He then attended Chabot College and San Jose State University earning a B. A. degree in biology with a chemistry minor. After a few years in the restaurant business, it was off to the midwest for dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.

During the next four years after graduation, he practiced with a group having four offices scattered in rural southern Illinois. He then returned to California. Dr. Lane has been in dentistry for more than 30 years with a primary focus on preventive dental care. Away from the office, the time is for schooling his daughter and home improvement. Personal interests include daily exercise of either running, bicycling, skiing, or skating along with travel and reading.

Dr. Chang focuses on combining modern dentistry techniques to empower her patients to reach their full oral health potential. She thrives on creating a comfortable and gentle experience for her patient.

Dr. Chang grew up in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University. She chose to pursue dentistry because of her close relationship with her own family dentist. She received her doctoral degree from the University of California, San Francisco and was inducted into the national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She was awarded the Dental Alumni Associations notable Clinical Excellence Scholarship. Dr. Chang then spent an additional year in advanced hospital dentistry training at Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto. She constantly challenges herself with continuing education courses and journal clubs in order to provide the best care for her patients.

Dr. Chang serves as a Clinical Instructor working with dental residents and medically complex patients at Stanford Medical Center. Dr. Chang is an active member of the California Dental Association and Mid-Peninsula Dental Society. She is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association.

Kindness was a big part of growing up for Dr. Chang and she wishes to share that kindness in her practice of dentistry. Since moving from the East Coast in 2011, she has developed an allergy to East Coast winters and is staying in the Bay Area. Dr. Chang is an avid dancer and particularly enjoys traditional folk dance as well as Horton technique. On the weekends, she can be found either spending time with her two nephews, going on hikes, reading a good book in the sun or trying out new local restaurants.

Dr Yang completed her Pediatric Dentistry Specialty training from University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry, and her doctoral degree from University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry. Dr Yang has extensive years of experiences not only in pediatric dentistry and hospital dentistry, but also in the dental research and academic communities. She stays at the forefront of pediatric dentistry by being an active contributor in dental research publications, book chapters, journal reviews, as well as learning the innovativ clinical approaches.

Dr Yang is the recipient of the prestigious UCSF Pediatric Dentistry Excellence in Dental Care of Pediatric Disabled Patient Award, awarded to only one recipient each year. Additionally, she is awarded numerous research awards from UCSF, USC, and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She holds the UCSF Medical Center Hospital Privilege and is a Health Science Clinical Assistant Professor at the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital and UCSF School of Dentistry.

Dr Yang is an active member the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the International Association for Dental Research. She is board-certified and is a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Community wise, Dr Yang serves as one of the five board members of the UCSF Pediatric Alumni Board of Directors, and as a committee member at the UCSF Children's Oral Health Research Center, the world renown research center dedicating to children's oral health.

Dr. Jonathan (Jon) Hurngwas born in Lafayette, Louisiana but grew up in Cupertino, California. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a B.S. in Bioengineering. Dr. Hurng receivedhis Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). While at UCSF, Dr. Hurng combined his engineering and dental training to collaborate with material scientists from the Stanford University Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC) and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories. He has since published several scientific papers in national journals on dental orthopedics.

After dental school, Dr. Hurng completed his general practice residency at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he then served as a predoctoral faculty member. Dr. Hurng went on to complete his specialty training in pediatric dentistry through the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)Ronald Reagan Hospital along with a Master of Public Health. During his free time Dr. Hurng enjoys watching movies, traveling, kickboxing, and playing video games with his wife, Joy. Dr. Hurng is thankful to be a member of the Columbia Dental healthcare team and aimsto provide quality care to children throughout the Bay Area communities.
