Great office staff, who put me on a waiting list and got me a cleaning appointment on the day I needed! I cannot say enough about my hygienists. I think her name was Josie. She was very informative and explained the correct way to brush my teeth. And not in a condescending way. My visit was more like a Dental workshop. Plus the dentist examined a problem tooth and rather than make up procedures she could do to correct it, she told me it is fine the way it is and nothing needs to be done unless I want to do something. The tooth is not in danger or any more vulnerable. Love the honesty!

I've been attempting to make an appointment with this office for weeks now and never get a call back. My daughter has at least two cavities and I've heard great things about this place now I'm really disappointed

Have had a number of issues with the billing and admin team. More importantly my daughter had them repair a broken tooth which required a filling, and I was charged around $700. Days later the filling fell out and she started having pain in the tooth which she didn't prior. She didn't want to go back here so went to another dentist who said the work was done improperly and it was now infected but recommended going back to Columbia dental because they should fix it with no additional charge since it was there mistake and it would be an additional $700 for him to do it. After going back and forth hand delivering x-rays and multiple visits Columbia said that they would correct it but I would be charged for the work because they don't feel it was because of their incompetence. I strongly recommend finding a better practice than this one.

Compassionate and competent care. Clean environment and very friendly staff. Both my dentist and my hygienist were careful to make sure the work they were doing was pain free.

Love my dentist and assistant duo. I have severe dental anxiety and the staff has been gentle and understanding with me for the last year i've gone there, it's great! The wait is also minimal, usually in and out very fast.

Terrible scheduling. I'm finding a new dentist cause I wait AT LEAST 45 minutes after my scheduled time every single dentist appointment!

I found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. I broke a tooth and they got me in right away and stayed late to finish up. The hygienists are very efficient and sweet, too.

I cried the whole time I had my work done on my mouth. The dental assistant and dentist were so kind and caring. I would recommend this office to anyone.
