The office is amazing at taking care of my son and they are always so accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists are willing to take the time to explain what's going on and help my little one feel comfortable.

I'm extremely grateful for the staff here, I have always been satisfied with the staff and their work for the past 20 years. Recently, they went above and beyond to provide care for my youngest daughter who has high-functioning autism and has anxiety. I wanted to bring in my daughter in as soon as possible as she was suffering from a tooth ache and I was concerned. The staff made it possible to see her the same day I made the call. The issue was that my daughter was extremely distressed and needed her emotional support dog. However, we know the circumstances in which it would not be possible to bring in her support dog. Yet, the staff was aware of my daughters situation and how overwhelmed she was feeling. The staff communicated with each other as a team and tried to figure out a solution to provide the care for my daughter without her feeling anxious. The manager was the main and final decider and thankfully she allowed it. Although I hoped they would allow my daughter to have her dog, I understood if they wouldn't allow it. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to make it possible so that my daughter would feel comfortable. I'm thankful for this dentistry for everything they've done and what they did for my daughter just recently.

Every visit the staff are exceptional. Super friendly and informative. The facility is always very clean and welcoming. Many of the children's activities in the waiting, currently closed for Covid precautions, you cannot find at ANY other dentistry provider.

The staff and Doctor were super friendly. My daughter is terrified of the dentist so I'm extremely pleased with how personable and kind the staff was. I definitely recommend.

I am updating my review of this office to give five stars instead of one. I don't know if it's because they were bought out by new ownership or what made the HUGE change but I was pleasantly surprised to have such a quick, efficient, polite, and professional visit.

We went there for an emergency. They were told that the kid is in pain that we'd seen another dentist and most importantly that I have stage 4 cancer. They were incredibly rude. The Dr argued with me about what I was comfortable with and did it pointlessly because the hygienist doesn't know how to do a proper intake. Then the sent him away without doing anything with an infected tooth that they said to just let it drain. I tried to speak to the manager I think Janelle but she was the most God awful woman I have ever had the horror of speaking to. She actually yelled to talk over and interrupt me and did not listen to a word I said. She was rude and in love with the sound of her own voice. She was callous and uncaring and did not see any patient circumstances as individual. She shouldn't work with people let alone kids. Thanks to them my child hasmore nights to cry in pain. Because. They don't care or listen they don't care that they sent my child to be miserable and made me miserable going far away with stage 4 cancer thinking they would fix the problem. Basically so not take anyone you care about here. Also when I asker the lady for her boss's number she said she was the boss. Then when I asked more times she gave me a name but the wrong number ... and I had 3 people listen to the conversation as witnesses.

I love this place for my daughter. The staff is friendly and they treat my child well. They talk to her about what they are doing which helps her to calm down. The place is decorated with children in mind. Only downside I can think of is that, their scheduling of dental work (Not routine appointments) Is really booked out. It is difficult to get in for this reason. Just a suggestion to the staff: If you could make the initial exam more private, or have a consult area where you could discuss any concerns with the doctor in private, that would help immensely. However those concerns aren't nearly as important as my child's comfort with the dentist and the staff. I recommend this place to others.

As a person who used to work at a dental office I find the workers here very unprofessional.. I brought in my sisters for the first time to get their cleaning and exam done due to my mom being out of town. Let me start off by saying that the dental assistants that were all present during my sisters appointment were talking about a patient that had just left on how the appointment went about (mind you it was not nice) you would think that they could have at least waited till I left for curtesy right? BUT NO. And even if it was something that the assistants didn't agree upon then take it to your superior to address the issue. As my sisters got their cleaning and exam they were told that they did not have the best oral health out loud in front of other people that were present. As HIPPA regulations when any personal information like so is needed to get told you are to formally take the patient in to a separate room to discuss the matter, instead the dental assistant laughed and said something that literally made my little sister feel awful, YOU reading this can only imagine how it was told.. I will definitely NEVER be bringing my little sisters here again.

We were referred to this office in an effort to get my complicated kiddo help with his complicated procedure. Dr. Walker quickly understood my child's concerns, and addressed them honestly. I would recommend this office based only on this, but they went a step further by a having fun, interactive setting, AND office staff that are very responsive and patient-focused!

I would give five stars however there are very long wait times, inpatient staff, and rushed appointments. Also if you miss an appointment or your late they won't schedule you in for a couple of months. Only up side tokids like playing in there waiting room.

This office felt dirty. The staff was rude. I scheduled 3 cleanings for my kids, it took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Honestly, I felt a little prejudice against my race. Not at all a good experience.
