I had a root canal today at Colorado West Endodontics and it was the most pleasant dental procedure Ive experienced. Everyone was very professional, gentle and nice. I will be back next time I need a dental procedure and will recommend to my friends and family.

Well-designed, pleasant treatment rooms, and they communicated well and quickly with my Gunnison dentist. Couldnt ask for a better experience in taking care of my unexpected root canal. Greatly appreciated.
This is the best Clinic that my husband and I have ever been. My husband and I live 5 hours away and he was working near Silt and started having mouth pain (possible root canal). I called and they got my husband in the same day and treated him the best that they could. Ended

Dr. Barnhurst was super awesome. Explained everything, took his time, etc. The assistant was so nice.Nitrous, protective glasses and noise-cancelling headphones made this root canal easy
Dr. Beus is happy to be living and practicing in the Rocky Mountains. He graduated from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. Upon completion of his doctoral training, he joined a private dental practice in Boston and was a pre-clinical instructor for Harvard University. Dr. Beus received his endodontic certificate at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. After graduating he practiced in Minnesota as an owner of a specialty practice before coming to Colorado to continue his career.
Dr. Eric Barnhurst grew up in Southern Colorado. He has been working at Colorado West Endodontics for the past ten years. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. He then attended a general practice residency program at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Denver. Following that residency he completed an endodontic residency program at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Barnhurst worked as an associate in a specialty office in Philadelphia before returning to Colorado to continue his career.

I'm a super nervous patient when it comes to anything dental. Dr. Beus walked me through it. Easily the best dental experience I've ever had. Was much quicker than I expected. I have to go in for another procedure and this time I'm actually looking forward to going in.

Dr. Beus did a thorough evaluation and explained my dental situation to me very clearly. The entire office atmosphere was calm and respectul. I do highly recommend this office.

My dentist had referred me here for a root canal, and I was nervous, but they did a great job! They were super quick and friendly. I haven't had any pain with that tooth since walking out of their office. Havent needed a follow up or anything. I highly recommend them!

I can't recommend Dr. Barnhurst and Dr. Beus too highly. I've had a root canal done by each of them and both experiences were quick, easy, and pain free. These two guys will take great care of you!

I highly recommend Dr Barnhurst and Colorado West Endodontics. My husband was in Grand Junction visiting family when he experienced a toothache. Turned out his tooth was cracked. Dr Barnhurst was very thorough and professional and worked hard to save the tooth. Great service

I had an Apicoectomy with Dr. Beus this morning. I always have terrible dental anxiety but since the consultation, Dr. Beus and his staff made the whole thing super personable and comfortable. They aren't hard up people and make small talk (I enjoy) to make you comfortable. Dr. Beus was sure to confirm I wasn't in any pain and even described what he was doing through the procedure. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Beus and Colorado West Endodontics.
