Porcelain veneers are very thin shells of tooth-shaped porcelain that are individually crafted to cover the fronts of teeth. A properly fabricated veneer will likely need to cover all surfaces of a tooth for optimal esthetics. Dr. Bailey has been practicing in Highlands Ranch, Colorado since 1984. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. His love for his profession is part of his familys history, as his father was a dentist and two of his brothers are practicing dentists in Michigan.

Dr. Bailey is a continual student in the art and science of dentistry. Because of Dr. Baileys advanced work in modern restorative techniques, he was personally requested by the founder of the worlds most prestigious independent dental research group, Clinical Research, to be an evaluator of current technologies for this organization. He has now served in this non-profit organization for more than two decades.

Brent is a committed Christian and a dedicated family man. He believes that sound physical, emotional, and spiritual health all contribute to our enjoyment of life. Brent enjoys a host of activities including running, biking, skiing and photography. He loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with family and friends in the beautiful state of Colorado.

Dr. Leyva moved to Colorado with her fianc from New York City in July of 2020. She grew up in Santa Barbara County, California then moved to Alabama to attend Auburn University. She enjoyed an excellent college experience, especially loved college football, and graduated summa cum laude in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Leyva moved to New York City after completing her undergraduate degree to attend dental school at Columbia University. She graduated with honors from Columbia and continued her training at a one-year general practice residency program at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Leyva is experienced in whole-body dental health, emergency dentistry, oral surgery and surgical implant placement, pediatrics, and especially loves artistic restorative dentistry. She enjoys working with all ages, from infants to seniors. She has traveled to Guatemala and Costa Rica to provide free dental care to young children, and also taught a seminar on geriatric dentistry while attending Columbia. Dr. Leyva continues to perfect her trade with continuing education and completes hundreds of hours of continuing education per year. She is upbeat, warm, and treats her patients like family.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Leyva enjoys cooking gourmet meals, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors with her fianc and their two senior dogs. She looks forward to providing you phenomenal dental care and helping you be the healthiest and most confident version of yourself!

Shelly grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Colorado as a teen. She graduated from CU School of Dentistry with Honors in 1997 with a BS in dental hygiene. Shelly is married to Chris, has a son Cole, and a golden doodle, Gino. Shelly has been a hygienist at COPDO since June 2001. Shelly has been seeing many of the same patients for years and enjoys helping them care for and love their teeth and smile. She keeps up on all the latest technology and trends by attending continuing education courses and reading dental journals. Shelly enjoys patients of all ages and works hard to go above and beyond to make sure the care they are receiving is the best.

Christie is originally from Chicago and grew up in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. She originally moved to Colorado to finish college but decided to stay. She has a BS in Food Science and Nutrition from CSU and a BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota. She has been a hygienist with COPDO since July of 1998. Christie thoroughly enjoys her patients and caring for them and their families. It is extremely rewarding to see many of the same patients year after year. Christie enjoys anything related to good health and wellness. This includes cooking, traveling, yoga, walking, hiking and snow shoeing. She also has an affinity for miniature schnauzers and has a sweet boy named Beau.

Jennifer loves being at COPDO because of the terrific team she works with every day. The staff is her second family, and they make her better each day at caring for her patients. Jennifer considers it is a pleasure to have so many long-time patients and family members as part of the practice. She enjoys meeting new patients and does her best to ensure they choose to trust COPDO for their dental care in the years to come. Jennifer was born and raised in Littleton. She has an incredible husband and two wonderful kids. For fun, she spends time with family, scrapbooks, gardens, watches hockey, and strives to spend time hiking and camping in the great state of Colorado.

Tracey grew up in Northeast Iowa. She moved to Colorado in 2011 where she worked as a dental assistant. She went back to school to pursue dental hygiene and graduated in 2020. She enjoys helping people achieve their dental goals by educating patients and motivating them toward achieving healthy smiles. She and her husband, Tony, and their two little girls, Eva and Ellie, live in Highlands Ranch. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, working out, and being outside with her girls and their two dogs, Banks and Charlie. Tracey is new to Colorado Precision Dentistry, but she already feels at home with such an amazing team!

Tanya grew up in Southern California. She has been happily married to her husband Marcus for 25 years and has three wonderful children, Jayden, Skyler, and Lana. Tanya has been using her gifts and skills in the field of dentistry for 21 years. She became a dental assistant in 2000 and worked in California prior to moving to Colorado in 2015. She began working at COPDO soon after she moved and now calls both Colorado and COPDO home. Tanya currently supervises COPDOs state-of-the-art sterilization lab and continues dental assisting as needed. She excels at both and loves being part of such a great team. When not working, Tanya enjoys cooking and baking and spending time with my family, friends, and her animals.

Lindsey is originally from Syracuse, NY where she obtained a degree in Biology at SUNY Oneonta and played division III lacrosse. She moved to CO in 2019 to pursue a Masters in Biomedical Science at UNC. Lindsey loves working at COPDO because of its the outstanding reputation. Dr. Bailey and Dr. Leyva have taught me so much. The knowledge I have gained is invaluable--the doctors are truly the type of dentists I aspire to be. Lindsey hopes to attend Colorados dental school in the future. Lindsey loves her patients and is excited to go to work every single day. In her down time, Lindsey enjoys times with my friends and doing all the typical Colorado activities including hiking, camping, skiing and checking out new restaurants.

Ariana is new to COPDO, but already feels like she is part of the family. She says, the staff and doctors have been incredibly warm and welcoming. It is nice to be a part of a team that is so supportive of the staff while also seeking the very best in patient care. It is the perfect balance. Ariana loves her patients, and she is always excited to see a new face. She is originally from San Francisco, CA though she has lived all over California from Napa to San Diego. As expected, she is a fan of beautiful vineyards and strolls on the beach, but most importantly, adventure. So when you visit our office, she looks forward to you sharing travel tips and suggestions.

Susi was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota along with her 5 siblings. She moved to Colorado in the spring of 1986 and after close to 40 years in the state, she rightly calls herself a native. She is happily married to Kent, and they have four daughters. Susi has worked with Dr. Bailey and the staff for over 31 years. She has seen many changes and enhancements in dental materials and technology which have been a great help in allowing her to give optimal care to her patients. It is the relationship with her patients that Susi finds the most rewarding! When Susi is not in the office you can find her outside reading and walking or sharing food and drink with her family and friends.
