Dr. Gregg Lurcott graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1994. In 1998, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan, consistently ranked as one of the top dental schools in the nation. While in dental school, Dr. Lurcott received the Horace Wells Award in Anesthesia. Horace Wells is credited as the father of surgical anesthesia.

Following dental school, Dr. Lurcott completed a one-year internship at the Medical College of Ohio. He then went on to perform a four-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery through St. John Health Care System and Childrens Hospital of Michigan. Thereafter, Dr. Lurcott entered private practice in the metropolitan Detroit area. During his years in practice, Dr. Lurcott was a member of Head and Neck Tumor Boards, treated children in two Cleft Lip and Palate Clinics and lectured regularly on dental implants. Dr. Lurcott also acted as an attending instructor through the St. John residency program, teaching the principles and art of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to residents in training. After six years of private practice in Michigan and having acquired extensive experience in the fields of sedation, general anesthesia, dentoalveolar and dental implant surgery, tumor management, jaw surgery, reconstructive facial surgery and trauma surgery, Dr. Lurcott decided to move to Colorado with his wife and three children to begin his own private practice in Denver.

Here in Denver, Dr. Lurcott continues to treat patients with congenital and traumatic craniofacial deformities at several local hospitals. As a member of the Facial Trauma Team at Swedish Hospital and the Medical Center of Aurora, Dr. Lurcott corrects the most complex craniofacial injuries and fractures.

To keep at the forefront of his specialty, Dr. Lurcott regularly attends national dental implant and facial reconstructive continuing education courses in order to provide the latest advances and innovations in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to his patients. Dr. Lurcott also maintains Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.

Dr. Liddell did an amazing job with my son's reconstructive jaw surgery! His detailed explanations, approach, and follow up to surgery were greatly appreciated! I am not surprised that everyone in the dental community I speak with says he is the best!

I feel like most dentists are "sales" guys. I'm so accustomed to the urgency around dental work. However, this experience was very different! He explained what my tooth "issue" is, why it's an issue, and why it should be fixed. He gave me a suggested time frame to start the process - and how long from start to finish it will take. I left with a quote in hand (which I felt was very reasonable) and I didn't feel like I was going to implode if it didn't happen right away. Disclaimer - the only service that I have received is the initial evaluation. I WILL definitely be going back to have it completed.. (I need a tooth pulled and an implant).

I arrived an hour early for my tooth extraction appointment because traffic from Elizabeth to Colorado Oral Surgery wasn't as heavy as I expected. The young lady at the front counter said that was ok and would check with Dr Hale and his staff to see if they could get me started early. Before I knew it, she was back and asking me to follow her so they could get started. Dr Hale and his staff are outstanding, professional and friendly. The payment/insurance process was very efficient. Not only did they take me early, but they also extracted my tooth, payment/insurance handled and had me on my way home in less than an hour. I highly recommend Dr Hale and his staff for any oral surgery you might need. Thank you, Dr Hale and your staff your outstanding care.

There are two things that i wasn't happy about. 1 When i got a payment shock on the wand X-ray that cost almost $2,000 and said insurance doesn't cover it but when i got it twice from my other dentist, I've never had a bill from them. 2nd, Front desk never listens when i told them twice that i have 2 insurance that could cover my surgery. They only had one in their computer and it's disappointing when she was trying to ask me to pay the bill prior to my surgery and that didn't include my other insurance. Dr.Alleman is best though!.

This place makes you feel so comfortable, especially when you're nervous for a procedure. Dr. Allemon called me on his own time to talk about an upcoming procedure and helped me formulate a plan for the future. Again, this was all on his own time. Very professional and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My medically fragile 10 year old daughter has had an appointment scheduled here for five months with Aaron Liddell. We have eagerly anticipated this appointment as she needs to have oral surgery done sooner than later. We arrive to a completely full waiting room and take our seats to wait, wait and , wait some more. 45 minutes later one of the front desk ladies finally say they're going to go check on our room, only to come back and tell us they're still waiting on a room and there's one more person in front of us. This is on Monday afternoon at now 3:45 pm. "Should I just reschedule?" I asked. She says" Yes, that would be great!" As she starts to scroll, and scroll, And scroll through her appointment book, There is clearly nothing available for months out. I told her to forget about it we'll find another doctor. I'm so upset. Out of all of my years dealing with doctors and dealing with a child who has had 38 surgeries I find dentist and oral surgeons to be the worst culprits of over scheduling and running late. It is Not okay to do that to us. Our time is just as valuable as yours!
