My experience with Dr. Borg was excellent. He called the day before my procedure to ask if I had any questions. My procedure, a tooth extraction and bone graft, was painless! He did a great job although he was working without the backup of a stromboli lunch! He also called after the procedure to see if I had any problems. Dr. Borg fulfills the initials after his name, DDS - dashing, debonair, and suave, and I highly recommend he and his team for periodontal Issues.

Dr. Borg and his team were incredible during my recent gum graft procedure. I don't think anyone ever wants to have them done, but if you do, this is the place to go. The doctor, nurse and anesthesiologist all called me personally the night before to answer any questions and were so comforting and helpful the day of. I hope I don't have to see them again haha but if I need another procedure done, they will be my first choice!

Thru the process I found the entire staff (surgeon too) to be very concerned with me having a full understanding of the procedure. Let the administration of the medications lighthearted and in some way humorous. I would strongly recommend having Colorado Gum Care your dental group of choose.

I have been going there for almost a decade. The office staff has always been awful at best. Now I call to make an appointment for a cleaning and they say I have to make 2 appointments a check up and then cleaning. So I have to miss work 2 days. NO

It is difficult to figure out how to star rate Colorado Gum Care, Broomfield office. On the 1 hand I believe the actual OUTCOME of my gum graft surgery was superb, that would be 5 stars. Medically/Dentally(?) I am extremely pleased and feel like Dr.Borg did a great job....however....the office staff, the lack of communication, the total disregard in "caring" for the patient would warrant 0 stars. My experience started off poorly when my initial appointment was cancelled by the office and yet I was NEVER contacted about that. I drove an hour to attend my appt only to be told that I would have to reschedule due to an emergency with the Dr.. I can appreciate that, but not only did they not contact me, I actually got a confirmation text shortly before my appointment. When I asked them about that they just said that they had cancelled all the appointments the previous night and I shouldn't have received that text. To be fair they did agree to NOT charge me for my rescheduled initial appointment as compensation and they agreed they needed to "look into" their notification process. From that point on it seemed that I was treated with total disregard and very coldly by the staff. As I said the procedure itself was successful, but the "customer service" was non-existent. I reached out and spoke with the receptionist several days after my procedure due to severe pain that persisted well beyond the time frame of what was they said was "normal", as well as what was described in the paperwork I was given, fearing an infection had started and got ZERO response. NOT ONE PERSON from the office contacted me back. Dr. Borg did not return my call, no medical personnel returned my call, NO ONE returned my call! The liability of not responding to a patient needing attention after a procedure is huge! The disregard of a patient in this manner speaks volumes of the lack of compassion and care or concern for patient health and well being. I returned for my post op appointment and asked if my call was noted and was told yes it was. I then explained that no one called me back and she did not say anything, literally nothing. This time in person, no response. She started to remove stitches and said nothing to me the entire time. Digging into my gums, removing the dressing, clipping and pulling stitches. Just kept coming at me with instruments and not giving me any warning or explanation of what she was doing, not a heads up, not a word of anything as she was digging around in my newly grafted, sore and tender gums. I just can't get my head around it....I wonder, is it the staff that doesn't care and the Dr.'s are unaware?? Is it the Dr.'s that don't care and the staff follow their lead?? Was the Dr. even informed of my call and request for help? Or did he know and again, not care? I think Dr. Borg did a great job but I can't say I would recommend anything based on the entire experience. I want to think (hope) that no one in the health care field would intentionally cause harm and disregard patient well being in this way.....but, maybe, sadly, that's not true.

I recently had my tooth no.13 extracted and had implant surgery with bone grafting. The procedure was perormed by Dr. Borg and his team. My experience with the procedure was superb. I did not need to take any pain killers after the first 12 hours. On day 2 after the surgery, I was pretty much myself again except the use of tooth 13. Dr. Borg performed the entire procedure in less than a hour. He was focused, precise and expedient. not to mention that he made sure that you were ok. Dr.Borg's support staff work with him as a seamless team. I highly recommend that you take advantage of his expertise for your dental implants.

Dr. Borg was excellent! He's got a sense of humor, too. I've been battling a particular periodontal issue in my back molar, and was told by my previous dentist that there was nothing I could do to save the tooth. I spent a lot of time and money on it before coming to see Dr. Borg, who assured me that this was an easy fix with some bone graft. The surgery was quick and painless. He walked me through everything that he was doing and had some of best bedside manner! I highly recommend him for anyone battling dental/gum problems!!

I recently had a dental implant procedure done by Dr. Johanson. After my primary dentist attempted the implant procedure... it failed (not blaming the dentist). I just didn't grow the bone density I needed for the implant to work. The hopes for a dental implant looked a bit bleak. So, after some consultation, my dentist referred me to Dr. Johanson. After another consultation with Dr. Johanson, we decided to go ahead and try the implant procedure again. I still had low bone density and the success of the procedure still had a higher probability of failure. It seems that Dr. Johanson threaded the needle and I now have a healthy dental implant and a new tooth to boot. He was able to get it installed and I eventually grew enough bone density to support the new implant. I'm quite happy... this is a front tooth. I had to go without a front tooth for just over a year but it was FULLY worth it and I would certainly return to Dr. Johanson in the future should such a need for his talents arise. I'd HIGHLY recommend Dr. Johanson for this procedure. He's a true champion here!

By far the best dental experience in Colorado. I've been to both the North Glen office and the Broomfield office and the quality is consistent. It's nice to find true artisans especially with something so personal.
