Dr. Jones, who was raised in the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2004. In the time immediately following his graduation from UNC, Dr. Jones worked as faculty in the biology department, teaching lab courses to undergraduate students. In 2010, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated magna cum laude. As a student, Dr. Jones was asked by faculty to help teach a dental occlusion course to younger dental students, which he did for 2 years. Following dental school, Dr. Jones was one of four dentists selected to attend a 2-year pediatric dental residency at LousianaState University in affiliation with Childrens Hospital of New Orleans. During this time, he received extensive clinical, emergency, and hospital training, education on the growth and development of children, and the treatment of medically and physically compromised patients.

In addition to being on the medical staff at The Childrens Hospital of Colorado, Dr. Jones is also an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Colorado Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Metro Denver Dental Society. Dr. Jones attends numerous continuing education courses around the country to stay current on the latest techniques in pediatric dentistry. His ability to be gentle and create a positive experience for patients provides them with excellent care and a happy, healthy smile. Dr. Jones feels truly blessed to fulfill his lifelong dream of making a difference in the lives of children on a daily basis.

Each member of our team has been carefully selected to provide energetic and fun-loving service to all of our patients. When combined, there is over 93 years of dental experience. Our goal is to make you and your child feel right at home! Please become a fan of CCDC on Facebook to see more fun photos of our team!

Permanent teeth will begin to grow around age 6, and with the exception of wisdom teeth, are all present between ages 12 and 14. The next teeth to grow in are the 12-year molars and finally the wisdom teeth. Wisdom teeth typically begin breaking through from age 17 and on. The total number of permanent teeth is 32, though few people have room for all 32 teeth, which is why wisdom teeth are usually removed.

Your front teeth are called incisors. The sharp fang-like teeth are canines. The next side teeth are referred to as pre-molars or bicuspids, and the back teeth are molars. Your permanent teeth are the ones you keep for life, so it is important that they are brushed and flossed regularly and that periodic check-ups by a dentist are followed.

Without a doubt the BEST pediatric dental center in the area! We have been seeing Dr. Jones for over 6 years and I can honestly say that he is one of the nicest people that I have ever met. The entire staff is INCREDIBLE with my children, the office is gorgeous and they provide top of the line dental care. We recently visited on Halloween - the entire staff dressed up and gave the kids special treatment for visiting on a holiday.

Dr. Jones and his staff are fantastic! My son had a great experience here even though he has a hard time at doctors offices in general. Amazing care, amazing bedside manner, overall amazing office! I love everything about this place! The decorations are so cute as well! Thank you for a smooth dental experience for my son :)

Dr. Jones and his staff are the best children's dental care group in Colorado as far as I am concerned! The front office is welcoming and helpful. Dr. Jones and his technicians explain what they are going to do to their patients. Their care and concern for their patients is obvious. I was asked on a visit what they could do to make our experience better and my answer is "Absolutely Nothing".

Our daughter is incredible and strong willed. The staff helped her feel very comfortable, and in control of her experience at her young age of 1. They made sure she was happy at each stage of her exam. Also the Dr. is sooo entertaining, and you can tell he cares and enjoys entertaining and treating his patience.

When your kids ask constantly when they get to go to the dentist...you know they're doing something right!! We love Dr Jones and his staff, they're so kind and accommodating. Our youngest son, has Down Syndrome, and they've gone above and beyond to make his experience pleasant!! Would recommend CCDC to everyone we know!!!

Dr. Jones and staff are so great! My kiddos feel comfortable, excited to go to the dentist and the kids are treated with such care and kindness. My youngest has autism and the staff do an excellent job with showing him the tools, talk about what is going on and give him some time to warm up to the room. I don't ever want my kids to go to another dental office!

We love Dr. Jones and the staff here, always attentive, always making my kids feel comfortable, willing to answer any questions and address any concerns. We drive from Highlands Ranch and it's totally worth it!

I called to say i was running 10 minutes late to my appointment because it was pouring down rain. The staff told me that i had to be there in 6 minutes or else they would not be able to see me, practically telling me to wreck in the rain with my two toddlers. I made it there being less than 15 minutes late and the staff was extremely rude stating that they could not see me that day. I asked to speak with the dentist and he refused to come out. So much for a doctor patient relationship. I am so glad that i moved away from Parker as this place represents Parker's unempathetic attitude as a whole.

This place is amazing. My son had his first dentist visit and the staff was so patient with my one year old. Dr. Jones was very thorough and explained so much to help this first time momma feel like she knows what she's doing! I can see why they were highly recommended to us. Thank you all!

Dr. Jones and his staff are absolutely wonderful!! We will never go to another office, as this was BY FAR our best dental experience ever!! Everyone in the office is friendly and makes your child feel safe and comfortable, no matter if it's just an exam or if they are having specific dental work done. Dr. Jones takes time to explain everything being done to the child as well as the parents. He is amazing with kids, talking to them and engaging them as he works. My son had such an exceptional experience that he now enjoys the dentist:) I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his office. Best pediatric dentist around!!

The staff is absolutely incredible. You can always tell when a dentist is in it for the actual love of the game, or not... definitely a passion for their work here.

Dr. Jones is the best! We've been seeing him for a few years and he puts my boys at ease. My 6 year had a "shark tooth" pulled yesterday and the procedure was smooth and pain free. Both my boys love their visits to CCDC!

My son has been going here for years. He is special needs and has had issues with having people put there fingers in his mouth. This last visit they were finally able to use the polisher and he did great with it. Dr Jones does a great job of explaining everything and will let my son take a small break if he needs. Thank you for being patient with my son.

We have been going to CCDC for 5 years now and can't say enough good things about them! We moved farther away and still make the drive to stay with them because my kids love Dr. Jones and his team so much. Everyone from the front office staff, hygienists, to Dr. Jones are always so friendly and kind. When I told my kids yesterday that they had dentist appointments they all cheered and were excited to go. Huge win! Thanks for being so kid centered and awesome!

I moved further away from this location and actually drove the entire distance just so my daughter could be seen here! The service from the staff is stellar! They are so kid oriented and treat the parents with respect, too! I happen to go in during Valentine's Day and one of the ladies up at the front had a ton of heart shaped balloons. Her husband had sent them to her with a beautiful bouquet and she was kind enough to allow my daughter to take one home! It was so sweet and such a kind gesture she did not even need to extend! I will never forget! The dental assistance are very informative and gentle. The actual dentist himself is quick and efficient and doesn't spend any other time making a child feel more uncomfortable than they already are.Job well done! Y'all are (and have been)doing something right!

My daughter had a dental emergency on a weekend- we were connected with Dr. Jones. He treated us with exceptional, thorough care; he provided anticipatory guidance on everything from what foods to eat, how best to keep the damaged teeth clean, and what warning signs to be vigilant for. He truly turned a terrifying and stressful situation completely around for our entire family. We are so grateful for his care!
