Changing my 5 star review to 1 star after having a bad experience at this office. I had high hopes for this place. The first appointment I was told that my insurance didn't cover my visit and I'd have to pay the rest out of pocket. It does state on the patient form that it's the patient responsibility to follow up with insurance. Upon receiving my Eob from insurance, I was informed there was no patient responsibility. I've called this office numerous times and I was told my refund would be on the way after the claim processed. I was asked if I wanted the check mailed, or if they can use the card on file. I told them to use my card on file. After waiting a whole month, I called again since I didn't get the money. A refund was on file as a credit and STILL NO ONE mentioned to tell me that they DIDNT have my card info on file. Whole time that money was just sitting there. I even spoke with their office manager multiple times and she never told me either! Part 2 I was told I needed a crown and only had 1 cavitiy which was taken care of. Upon receiving the crown and filling, the dentist cut my tongue and lip on both occasions. I've NEVER had a dentist cut me before. About 3-4 weeks later, I started feeling pain in my mouth again. I went to another dentist office in my network. Come to find out, I had another cavitiy which Dr.Patel never told me about & that cavitity now needs a crown. Dr.Patel also neglected to tell me that my wisdom teeth are impacted and now I need all 4 removed. I was NOT referred by ColonialTown Dental to see an oral surgeon. The referral I received was from another dentist where I got my second opinion. No wonder why I'm experiencing such pain! It's sad to say that this dentist is just money hungry. Do yourself the favor & please take your business elsewhere.

My husband and I both went to this dentist, the worst experience for both of us. took 3 different visits within 5 days to fit a temporary bridge, one fell out, second had rough edges and cut my mouth. The third was fine, however within two days had the finial. Still not right. Refused to honor the groupon for implant, after had been guaranteed by Dr,Conway. Not happy with him or his office. it would be a minus star...won't allow

The staff was super friendly, helpful and informative! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good dentist in the Orlando area!

I must say I was terrified of going to the dentist office. Put my dental care in back burner because of it. I knew it was gonna be a lot of work, but Dr. Patel sure has Angel hands !!! All his staff are so welcoming and make it a very relaxed and joyful environment. The office feels homie, clean and inviting. Yami and the assistant always makes you feel like family. I've had a few procedures and they have all been painless and even after procedures I have felt no pain. I actually look forward to my visits now. I fully recommend Dr. Patel and his amazing staff.

Was on vacation and needed a tooth pulled. Dr. Patel were very comforting and friendly. Dr. Patel did an excellent job on the tooth extraction. If I didn't live so far away I would definitely be a repeat customer.

First time coming here. I had a very pleasant experience. I needed a cleaning, gingivitis treatment & dental exam. My insurance only covered half of my visit which is better than nothing! Both Dr.Patel & Claudia and the front desk made me as comfortable as ever. Found my new spot!

I came to get a cleaning and a filling the cleaning was great. Although when it was time for the fill. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. Every time he'd fill the tooth it would still hurt when I bite down. Then he'd fill it more and keep asking me the same question. Even though I kept telling him it still hurt over and over again. A month after getting it filled my tooth is now swollen. So I had to then go to a different dental place that actually knew what they were doing.....I don't recommend especially if you are getting a filling. So thanks for not helping me (:

I have always been scared of the dentist but the staff at Colonialtown Dental and Dr. Patel were so kind and understanding. They were patient with me anytime I told them I needed a break and answered all the questions I had. They made me feel much more comfortable about the idea of going to the dentist.

I recently had a tooth extracted and I was terrified. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and professional. From Jaime and Michelle at the front desk who made sure I was checked in and understood everything, to Yami who was a saint and made me feel comfortable during an intense procedure, right up to Dr. Patel who really was the best dentist I've had, the entire experience makes me want to visit the dentist on a regular basis. Thanks Colonialtown Dental!

Dr. Patel is a fantastic dentist. He gives it to you straight and explains things in an understandable and non judgmental way. I never leave here feeling ripped off or confused with treatment plan Dental assistant Yami is also amazing, entire staff here is really great. Will be returning here for a long time

I was a patient of Dr Clement , who was the founder of Colonialtown Dental, for 40 years. I was reticent about the care that I would receive from a new dentist but I need not have worried! Dr Patel is so skilled and caring, he has a great personality and I have witnessed his acts of kindness. His office staff is spot on and the hygienists/techs are superior. I can't say enough about this dental practice that really deserves to be supported by our community. Thanks

I have never encountered such a caring and amazing dentistry team before. From the moment I arrived it was an incredible and stress free experience. Staff in the lobby were extremely helpful and patient while I tried to figure out my insurance information. There was water and coffee in the lobby and the decor was very pleasant. After going back, the dentists assistant was very kind and humorous. I was smiling and laughing until it was time for the chair. Dr Patel came in and had everything figured out very quickly, laid out what I needed done and made a list of what to get done first if I needed to do everything in payments. After we figured out what to do, he showed me payment plans with no interest to further assist me and put my mind at ease. He was quick with his work, did a tremendous job and always made sure to do his best to make sure it was as pain free as possible. What truly has me hooked on this practice is how caring they are for you after you leave the office. I've gotten multiple phone calls checking up on me and even text message support. I will be returning here and will hopefully be bringing my family here when I have one for all my future dentistry needs. Thank you Dr. Patel and the wonderful team at colonial town dental

Dr. Patel renewed my faith in dentists. Even though my family will be moving over an hour away from the Orlando location in the near future, we are planning to make the trip on a regular basis to keep him as our family's dentist. I strongly recommend his practice, and I am a very satisfied client.
