In addition to general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (gum diseases), Implant dentistry, and Endodontics (root canal treatments), as well as other specialists. Dr. Susan Burks Creech was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to her hometown in 2010 to practice dentistry. She believes that everyone deserves a healthy, beautiful smile. Dr. Creech enjoys developing relationships with her patients while helping them overcome dental anxieties in achieving ideal oral health.
In order to attain this goal, Dr. Creech has surrounded herself with an amazing team that provides patients with compassionate care, comfort, and individualized attention to make the visit a positive experience. Continuing education is paramount to Dr. Creech. She has attended advanced courses at some of the countrys most highly regarded institutions (such as the Zimmer Institute, Dawson Academy, Spear Education Center, etc.) in Boston, San Diego, Nashville, Atlanta, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Memphis, New York, Seattle, Chicago, St. Petersburg, Charlotte, etc. Dr. Creechs dedication to education is driven by her desire to bring her patients the latest and best technology, information and procedures in general, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Creech is able to provide a high level of complete, comprehensive, dental care ranging from basic dental procedures to complete full-mouth rehabilitations.

I am just learning how to be an adult I recently turned 18 and this dentist did not hesitate to shame me for not caring if my teeth where perfectly straight. She said I would be judged for my teeth no matter what I did. She then tired to get me to pay for a new retainer which would be well over $100. Its really disgusting that they would treat a young woman this way. I've always struggled with anxiety so this whole interaction was unbelievably rude. I would rather been in pain from cavities then support a place that shames their customers into business. They also decided to do an example without my knowledge. It added well over an hour. It was ridiculous. Also I found it creepy that they had closeups of all their workers. I don't want to stare at some random person's face for hours.

This was my first time going to Colonial Heights Dental Grp. I really didnt know what to expect as i had been with my previous Dentist for many years until his retirement. My wife and daughter had already been there and bragged about how good they were and that they really liked them. Well they were right, Everyone i met was so friendly and professional. Amanda, the Hygienist that worked with me today was Awesome! She was very good at what she does. She was very professional and knowledgable about her job and was also very good at explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. That just made the experience easy and that makes it easier to come back in the future for my routine dental care. Would definetely Recommend!

I always have a good experience at Colonial Heights Dental Group. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The waiting room has comfortable seating. I always get excellent dental care, and they answer any questions I have. Dr. Creech and her staff really care about giving patients the best dental experience possible and keeping them informed of the options available to them.

Dr. Creech and her staff have taken great care of my family for the past three years! We are so thankful for finding her. We have received just about all the services she offers. Botox, routine dental care, veneers, whitening and composite bonding. Next up is my husband and he is excited to start the clear aligner process.

Dr. Creech and the whole staff are fantastic! They take very good care of my husband and me. Very caring, and gentle. I don't recommend people lightly, but I think enough of them to recommend them to my parents, and they were as pleased as we are!

I've been going to Colonial Heights Dental Group for several years now. I had been going to another dentist and my fillings kept falling out. He'd also done a root canal for me and I kept telling him that I was having a lot of pain. He kept reassuring me that I wasn't experiencing pain because he drilled out the roots (i.e. root canal). After many, many visits, I finally decided to switch dentists and get a second opinion. Dr. Creech did some X-rays and immediately noticed some of my root was left. After that, I never went back to my other dentist. Over the years Dr. Creech and her amazing staff have not only taken care of me, but my daughters as well. The care and great lengths they go to to make sure their clients are comfortable are above and beyond. These include anything from setting me up for an emergency visit at the beginning of COVID, to Lisa opening the doors for me to be able to buy toothpaste when they're closed, and everything in between. Pam has also taught me a lot of tricks to take care of my teeth and takes the time to explain things in a way that I understand. Today, Lisa helped Dr. Creech get my tooth ready for a crown and the care she took to make sure my temporary crown fit just right shows just how much pride they take in their work. If you want a staff that cares, you definitely need to check them out!

Over priced and horrible. I never had pain before Dr Creech put a crown on my tooth. I called them and they said I needed a root canal but they don't do that. After months of pain I finally had to pay another 2 grand at a different dentist to get some relief. Creech also offers botox shots..she should stick to that. It's just about the money with those useless women.

I had a first-time visit yesterday, and I was very impressed. I was immediately greeted upon entering the office, and I didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all. In fact, they took me in a few minutes early. The checkup was extremely thorough, and they completely explained everything to me as the exam proceeded. It was an excellent experience.

It was another great experience at Colonial Heights Dental. So professional, knowledgeable, as well as personal. Pam always does a thorough job with my teeth cleaning with little to no discomfort. Dr Creech is just such a delight and I feel so well taken care of by the entire staff. Highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of dental care.

Today I had my semi-annual teeth cleaning with Pam. You actually get more than a cleaning, Pam gives a thorough examination of the neck, jaw joints, oral cavity and also blood pressure looking for abnormalities. She is very pleasant and makes you feel at ease. I'm also very happy with my cleaning. After the cleaning, Dr. Creech came in and did her exam and checked for any abnormalities. I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience.
